The hotel has been a very nice hotel and has been a very nice hotel. Promises of animations shown everywhere, unfortunately the covid stopped everything, but why keep the hope of the possibility of changing ideas? In addition to these distresses, the staff is particularly attentive, the cleanliness is exemplary, the beautiful pool is a happiness (damn I found the clothes! in the hotel there is a gallerie where you can buy packages Mobiles (also outside the hotel there is only that!!!) a bank is also its offices.
Hotel Royal Kinshasa

During my recent stay at the Hotel Royale from 20-30 Jan 2022, I was quite pleased with the food and beverage services under the new management team. I have stayed three times at the hotel before, but the services during my recent stay were a notch up and personalized with attention to detail. The dinning area was cleaner and well organized. The two gentlemen Messrs Whaley and John would ensure that customers catering needs were fulfilled with satisfaction and, in a professional manner. I can now call Hotel Royale home away from home and I would definitely call in again while on transit.

Fleuve Congo Hotel by Blazon Hotels

The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.

New and very well kept hotel. Really very friendly and helpful staff. It's a shame there isn't an internal restaurant (since there is practically nothing in the area) but the supermarket under the hotel and the take away help somewhat.
Novotel Kinshasa La Gombe

The hotel is new and really quite a nice place to stay. Our room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable, wifi strong, shower had amazing pressure. Staff need training which is the reason my review only has 3 stars. Once they train staff to be more customer focused and not try to make them feel uncomfortable then it will be a great place to stay. Much better price wise than the other big hotels in Kinshasa.
