We enjoyed the stay very much. It's quiet, clean and friendly stuff. The way to Disney or other Attraction is perfect. It is the second time we are in Greenpoint and we'll com back for sure.

The hotel has bad cleaning service, in two days there was never any cleaning in the room, it needs to have a coffee maker or electric jug, I will definitely not return

Great for late check in! We arrived at 2 am and with advance check in we’re able to drive right to our building and access our room with a code on the key pad- nice breakfast to get you going each day- helpful staff- no complaints. Definitely would come back to stay at Greenpoint! Dining options nearby- unos, chili’s - nearby grocery and cvs - gift shop next door

The room was very clean , modern & large. It was within walking distance of several dining options, souvenir shops, and a giant Flee Market. Lots of parking. The breakfast had lots of choices, hot & cold. It was very good. Approximately 30 minutes to Disney World.

Rooms are nice. Property is convenient. Breakfast could be better, more options. TV is hard to maneuver & Wi-Fi is spotty, unreliable.

Was very skeptical of booking this hotel due to the bad hostels on 192, but I was very impressed. Very clean, families around the area no bad crowds and very close to everything.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near major theme parks like Disney and Universal. While this proximity is a big plus, there's room for improvement in certain amenities. Offering complimentary coffee and water in the rooms would be a welcome addition. Furthermore, the response time for services, such as fixing a non-working heater, needs to be faster. Prompt attention from onsite maintenance crews would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The room was very clean. The service was good, but there was never anyone behind the front desk, you had to call a number whenever you needed something. Breakfast was very good. The lighting in the room was extremely poor and there were only two drawers to put away your clothing. There was also no iron or ironing board. I will not be staying there again. This was my first and last time.
