Very good location, the overall Disney experience is good, there is a shuttle bus in the park, you can open the door with a magic bracelet, and there is an extended service every day. The service is very kind and gave a lot of play suggestions. Overall new renovation, clean and comfortable. recommend. Ctrip service is very good. If you have any questions before, please help to contact the hotel to book the airport transfer.

For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.

The hotel is very comfortable. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is also big and clean. The breakfast is rich and the gym is diverse and clean. You can order drinks by the pool. Everything is very convenient and close to Disney

Business travel, it is relatively convenient and cheap. The room is large, but the table and chair are lacking, the bed is very high, the bathroom lacks the shelf for hanging the towel, the air conditioner sounds louder, and the air conditioner is colder, so the air conditioner is generally turned off at night. Breakfast is simple, there are fewer people to go at 7 o'clock, more people at 8 o'clock, and especially on weekends. The accommodation fee does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the door where you can buy three meals at any time to buy at any time. However, although the location is biased, because the room layout is the same standardization, it is the same regardless of the location of the room. The only thing is that Ctrip's room is booked through a local agent in the United States, so if you want to take the hotel's free shuttlebus back to the hotel via Ctrip's room, be sure to let Ctrip find your flight number information in the guest information. A local American agent told the Disney Hotel. I once called the hotel directly and wanted to make an appointment in advance to get off the shuttlebus from Orlando Airport and go to the hotel. However, the hotel informed that because it is a room booked by Chinese travel agent, the shuttle bus is not accepted by the customer and must be booked through the hotel agent. However, this agent can only contact through Ctrip, and there is no way to contact him. Just for this appointment shuttlebus, I made a lot of calls to Ctrip before and after, and I haven't confirmed it all the time. Because of the time difference, our day is the night in the US, we go to work, and wait for the reply to be the next day. And the reply that was received the next day was ”there is no reply from the agent at the moment”, and it has been repeated several times. It is about 20 days later, and finally received a confirmation slip for booking shuttlebus, so This must be noted when booking.

I’m sitting here on my last night and feeling sad, I don’t want to leave. I wanted to write a review because there were so many bad reviews that I was getting a little bummed before I came. First off, do not be afraid of the construction going on. My building was literally right across from it and I barely heard anything or saw anything. Second, everyone keeps talking about how the rooms need updating and I agree to a point. I did not feel my room was dank or worn. It was beautiful. It was clean. We loved it. They cleaned everyday too and even at Animal Kingdom in January we didn’t have that. The Lagoon View is great o highly recommend! We ate at Citricos , and are waiter Giovanni was excellent and the food was fabulous. We were a party of 13 with 8 kids and he handles us with ease. The pools are all great, my kids love them especially the slide pool! The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful. The location is very good. The monorail makes it easy to go to Magic Kingdom and even going to Epcot didn’t take as long as people on line act like it does! We still totally rope dropped! Bottom line it was a great trip. We were a party of 13 and no one is complaining! Yes it is super expensive. Disney is expensive! Other then that we were really happy and are sad to leave! My only recommendation is when there is an issue and there were a few at check in you go back to throwing lightening lanes at people like the fast passes in the old days! It makes you feel like you are getting some kind of compensation when things aren’t perfect. Just fyi all of our issues were resolved. They were nice about it too!

Great for children, the hotel is clean, the pool is open all year round, and it is a heated pool! There are many breakfasts. They are all Western style. Buy a Disney quilt drink and drink it. If you want to play Disney, you must stay in a Disney hotel.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

We previously stayed here in 2014 and it is even better than it was before, which was pretty fantastic then! We stayed in the old mansion style rooms on Magnolia bend both times, so have a good comparison. Again, whilst there must be literally hundreds of people staying here, it was never busy, often walking to the food hall and not seeing a single person. Even at ‘busy’ times it wasn’t manic and we never failed to find a table for 4 of us to sit at. They have fairly recently updated the rooms, gone is the old carpet, replaced with new LVT flooring. The beds and mattresses have all been replaced with the latest memory foam incarnations and are exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms are all modernised, but could benefit from a handle on the wall to help you in and out of the bath, if like me you’ve got a bit ‘doddery’ since the last time! The room has plenty of storage, a fridge and TV for all the park information plus regular films etc should you get a VERY wet day! Good sound insulation and no gaps under the doors, plus good a/c, albeit not the quietest. Excellent, friendly, efficient housekeeping (mouse keeping as it is often better known). In fact ALL the staff were superb and really friendly. If you need anything I would say just ask, don’t moan until you have given them the chance to answer. The grounds are immaculately cared for, the food hall has a good selection and yes the prices are higher than you would pay if you weren’t in Disney, but you are and the whole environment costs, so just accept it or stay offsite, save some cash, but then don’t experience this wonderful ambience. Buses were great, regular, comfortable and easy to find. I love this place and should be on commission with this review I reckon ha ha, but just want to share our experience so that others may do the same.

After reading many stellar reviews, and wanting a clean new place to stay, I booked here. The price was decent, especially for a hotel close to the parks. Upon check-in, the room I booked was not available. I was disappointed, but my parking cost was comped, so I appreciated that. The Good - The hotel is in close proximity to literally EVERYTHING. Minutes from the parks, plus close to newer chain hotels, coffee, gas stations, and Target. - The hotel's bartender is amazing. Very friendly, works his butt off when it's busy, and will STILL remember your name. - Food onsite through the hotels restaurant is good, and very convenient! - The pool is clean, large, and open until 11pm, which is awesome when you return from a long hot day and want to relax. - Even though our room was across the hall from the elevators, it was mostly quiet throughout our stay, which I appreciated. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the shower, which saved packing space. The Not-So-Good - Our room wasn't in great shape. With this hotel being only a few years old, it already needed repairs. The faucet was loose and spun around. - There was a crack from obvious water damage (badly patched) in the ceiling over one bed that looked like it was ready to let loose at any moment. - The light bulb in the desk lamp was out, and the bed skirts were ragged and had some holes. - The bathroom layout is odd, and it's hard to stretch out when trying to dry off. - If you want service during your stay, you must request it. This is something I struggle with, post-COVID. I miss daily service. I had to go to the front desk to request things be replenished, rather than it happening during a daily service. - The front desk did try to book another guest into our room while we were staying there. Imagine our surprise when we finally answered the door after hearing the handle jiggle four or five times. I think the person on the other side of the door was equally confused. - Breakfast is quite chaotic. There are so many stations with different types of food, and no real order to the ”flow” of it so people end up wandering aimlessly. With it being so hectic, we skipped it most days. Overall, the hotel was okay for what we needed. It was close to things we wanted to do, and quiet for a good night's sleep. Overall the service we received from the staff was good too.
