Everything was successful I really enjoy my stay especially the food I think chef should got more salary food was so amazing 🤩🤗 Waiters was a bit slow but so far everything was excellent 👌 can’t wait to come back with my family

I stayed at the Grand Royal Swiss Suites for six nights with my fiancee, from the 22nd to the 28th, and overall, our experience was truly amazing since it was my fiancees' first visit to Kenya..The ambiance, hospitality, and comfort of the suites made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The team was warm and welcoming throughout, and we felt well taken care of. One of the highlights was the surprise on our last day — we were genuinely delighted! It added such a personal and thoughtful touch to our experience and left us with a lasting memory. However, there are a couple of areas that could need some attention. The bathroom tends to flood while showering, which makes it a bit inconvenient at times. Additionally, the water pressure could be improved for a more comfortable experience. Despite these minor issues, everything else was wonderful, and we would consider returning. Thank you to the all staff for making our stay so special! We will be back next year..

My stay at Grand Royal Swiss hotel was TOP NOTCH!!! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the luxurious linens ensured a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the private balcony where I could sip my morning coffee and soak in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the grilled fish, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also dined there for breakfast and was delighted by the variety of options available. The hotel boasts a lovely pool area with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Kisumu. I highly recommend Grand Royal Swiss Hotel to anyone visiting Kisumu seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

What I thought would be an amazing venue as the main conference facilities in the area were far from. Arrived in my accommodation, which looked incredible, and stayed in one of their apartments. First morning, no water, second morning hardly any water and no hot water, water remained this way for the duration of the trip. I had to shower at the gym every day. At night, the roof leaked in the rain, so I heard dripping sounds all night. Then there was the electricity that was intermittant and ran off a generator much of the time. This resulted in no air-conditioning in the main conference hall, resulting in very hot, uncomfortable, and stuffy conditions. Staff was incredibly friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Facilities definitely need a revamp.

I stayed in the apartment and the treatment was superb. The hotel was very neat, with excellent services from the staff. The complementary breakfast had varieties and freshly prepared meals throughout my stay. Also, the dinner was delicious. It is a place that I would love to stay anytime l'm in the area with my family.

This is an expertly run hotel with an amazingly friendly, helpful and attentive staff who speak excellent English. A nice, safe resort that westerners will feel at home visiting.
