Excellent 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in kisumu We will definitely come back! The whole complex is very clean, nice and quiet. The staff Super friendly and fulfills almost every wish.

The hotel is top notch and located in a serene area. The rooms were so comfy. The food was great, and the bar by the pool side was extraordinary with some awesome music. The waiters makes you feel special from the moment you enter the resort. They pick your luggage from you and escort you to the waiting area where your checkin is coordinated while you sipping some fresh juice.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr guter Ausstattung und (für meinen Geschmack) nur kleinen Mängeln. Grandios war die zusätzliche Outdoor-Dusche (absolut nicht einsehbar).

I think they can do better. First was assigned the wrong room which they corrected, then they assured me of a refund and checked me out early due to an emergency then did not approve the refund through ******* as was promised. Overall, the resort is beautiful and very private but out of town (about 40 minutes from Kisumu town).

Wonderful environment, friendly staff, great menu and healthy options. The concierge lady and the HR were exceptional .. just that check in wait took longer than expected but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful resort, good food, good service. The only problems we had were at check-in and in communications. They couldn't find our reservation, at first, and then they wanted to charge an extra 8000ks per day for our daughter, even though the reservation stated 2 adults and one child. We did end up paying 4000ks per day for an extra bed. Also, the pool closed at 6pm,but someone told us it was okay to swim, then another man told us we couldn't. At dinner, they gave us soft drinks as part of the half board, the first night, then tried to charge us the next night. Communications not always great.
