Very unprofessional Poor service Their facilities not well maintained Photos on their socials do not match what you find at the resort. It was hectic planning the visit as the contact person barely even communicates and is completely out of touch

Our stay were pleasant because the hotel has a great and helpful staff. The food is really nice, Lucas is amazing.
