We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Sarova Imperial Hotel Kisumu. The property is comfortable, neat, and boasts a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The standouts for us: Personal Touches: Walking into our room to a handwritten welcoming note from the GM set a fantastic tone for our trip. Dining: The breakfast spread is fantastic; healthy, varied, and offers plentiful options for pescatarians. Outstanding Service: The team truly goes above and beyond. Godwell at the front desk was a lifesaver, helping us arrange smooth out-of-town transport when the shuttle wasn't available. Special thanks as well to our lovely server at the 1st-floor restaurant, who gave us a fun "Luo 101" language lesson over breakfast when we expressed interest! A Small Note for Improvement: The bed was very comfortable, but as a couple traveling together, having a second armchair in the room would make the seating arrangement much more convenient.
