Location is walkable from the JR station, surrounding malls and tourist spots, while not being in the centre of it all, making it a quiet and comfortable stay. There are many buses nearby so taking the bus instead of train was a good option to have. Walking distance can also be reduced sometimes via taking the bus. At the same time, the airport bus is at the JR station, so it was very convenient. The hotel while a little dated, is well maintained with floors segregated by non-smoking and smoking. Luggage deposit before and after is also available and the staff are very helpful with that. The bedside console comes with an alarm clock and even a music player where ambience music can be played - it is a very nice touch to have!!

It takes less than five minutes from Kokura Station. It's located on a main street, so I arrived more smoothly than I expected. It's located in a corner of the entertainment district, so it seems to be a bit noisy at night. The receptionists were all very friendly. It's a bit disappointing that there was only one power outlet. It would be more convenient if there was another one at the head of the bed. Also, the room key was a bit difficult to use. Other than that, I had no particular issues.

Although the facility is relatively old, it is located close to Kokura Station and the service is good. If you don't want to take the key with you every time, you can leave it at the front desk and pick it up every time you come back, which is very convenient.

If you are close to the Shinkansen station, there are many restaurants nearby, so it is very accessible. However, the only thing that is disappointing is that it is inconvenient to always leave your bank key at the front desk when going out. It seems to be because of the possibility of an accident since it is not a digital key.

The coffee and turmeric tea made with groundwater were delicious. The bed in the room was big, so I was able to sleep comfortably.
