Grand Base Mojiko

I was a little confused because they didn't answer the video call during check-in, but other than that, everything was great! I would like to stay there again.

Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and easy to use. It's a little far from the station, but the fact that there's a supermarket nearby was a plus.

It's a short walk from the station, but the directions were very easy to follow. The interior was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely like to stay there again if I have the chance.

The location is excellent for going back and forth between Mojiko and the Karato Market across the way. It was clean, and I liked that there were parking spaces available for up to two cars on a first-come, first-served basis.

Although the hotel uses an unmanned system, the machine was broken and it was very difficult to check in.

Checking in was a hassle. I was really happy about the abundance of power outlets and the ReFa hairdryer and showerhead, but the lack of mirrors and the absence of a clock were inconvenient.

It’s great. I was traveling in Japan for about 10 days and had a hard time finding suitable accommodation, but I booked this place because it was affordable at around 800,000 won. For the price, it was spacious, comfortable, and nice. It is about a 10-minute walk from Mojiko Station, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The convenience store is on the way from Mojiko Station to the accommodation. They had plenty of cooking utensils, so I bought things at the supermarket and cooked meals. You need a card to pay a lodging tax or something similar when checking in, so you definitely need a card that allows international payments. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which was great. Good!

It took a lot of time to find it from Mojiko Station to the hotel, because there was no local phone number to call, so I had to find a public phone to call it. Fortunately, I found it successfully in the end; the internal facilities in the room were very satisfactory, and there was a small kitchen where you could prepare your own meals. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy ingredients, and you can also go to Karato Market to buy seafood; there is also a 24-hour self-service laundromat nearby, making it easy to clean clothes; it is really worth visiting again!

I went to Shimonoseki and Mojiko with my friends. This accommodation is about a 10-15 minute walk from Mojiko Station, so you may need some patience to get there if you have luggage or in rainy weather. I had to enter a password at the entrance, but it didn't open with any number I received from Trip.com. Luckily, someone in charge was passing by and saw me, so I was able to get help, but I also had trouble checking in, so I was able to check in through video connection using the check-in tablet. I mentioned the difficulties earlier, but once I entered the room, I was very satisfied. The room was relatively larger and neater than other places, and the toilet and shower room were separated, and there was a microwave and induction cooker so you could do simple cooking. Please note that induction cookers have weak heating power, so it's best not to cook meat or anything like that. The TV is large and you can use YouTube, Netflix, etc. It’s nice to have a ‘Halloday’ hypermarket near the accommodation. Overall, aside from the difficulty of getting into the room, it was a very satisfactory accommodation.
