"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"Right next to Changchun Station! The facilities met expectations, and the room's furnishings were practical, with a mini wardrobe and a storage shelf, perfectly meeting my storage needs. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient. The location is a major highlight; it's a 500-meter walk from Changchun Station, so you can get there in a few minutes even with luggage. From the room, I could overlook Changchun Station and clearly see the surrounding area. The service was thoughtful; the front desk staff were efficient, and housekeeping was responsive – for example, extra toiletries were delivered quickly when requested. The hygiene was reassuring; the room's corners were well-cleaned, the toilet and shower area in the bathroom were disinfected, and the bedding was tidy and undamaged. Overall, it was a great stay."

"I was really impressed by the hotel's service during this stay! As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a staff member immediately came over to help with our luggage. The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in; she not only processed everything quickly but also proactively asked about our preferences and thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a better view. The hotel rooms even have Type-C outlets. During our stay, when the mini-fridge in our room ran out of drinks, I called housekeeping, and they refilled it in less than ten minutes. Such warm and thoughtful service truly makes you feel comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"

"The name is not worthy of it! A four-star hotel does not give me a bad impression at all. The room is small and the facilities are old, so they should be well maintained. However, the rubber strips of the sliding doors of the shower room and the bathroom fell off, and the water after taking a shower flowed all the way from the shower door to the bathroom. It was impossible to wipe it off. Moreover, there was no handle inside the sliding door of the shower room. After taking a shower, the rubber strips were ****** on the door frame, and it was impossible to open it from the inside. It took a lot of effort to live alone. The earmuffs and gloves left in the hotel, no one called me to ask if I had left any items. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation where the guest did not call to confirm when they saw that the guest's items were left behind. It means that the housekeeping staff did not know."

The trash cans are cleaned in time, and there is no residual garbage. The bedside cushions are full and clean, without stains. The green plants in the room are also full of vitality, with clean and green leaves, which shows that the maintenance staff also pay attention to hygiene when taking care of them. "This is probably the first time I've received a bad review for a hotel. This time, I was visiting Changchun with my family and staying at the Guoxin Nanshan Hotel. After checking in, we ordered a barbecue set meal for dinner. The hotel staff initially told me it would be charged separately and not to the room. However, they took my deposit at check-in and told me it could be charged to the room, with no additional charges, and the money could be deducted from the deposit. I paid for it myself. I didn't mind, but when the barbecue set arrived, the waiter tried to light the fire several times, but twice got it wrong, and the barbecue oil splattered everywhere. He just made a sarcastic comment, saying, ”Sister, you've never grilled meat before?” and watched coldly. Since they didn't help, I didn't mind either and decided to grill it myself. Then, a guest next door came and offered to help. Someone even grilled the meat for a while before leaving. Isn't that discrimination? They treat each other differently, even though we were staying in the cabin. Since I didn't mention I was staying in the cabin, I understood the staff's discriminatory treatment. After dinner, I complained to the housekeeper, who warmly received and addressed the issue. We have always been very good service. They sent us a fruit plate and apologized. Thank you very much here, which also made us feel a little calmer. I have written a letter of praise to thank you. In short, for guests who want to come to play, the barbecue set meal is not recommended. The service is not up to par. There is nothing here, not worth the money. Even napkins are charged. Everyone can avoid it."
