"We booked 2 Premier room and 1 of the room we got the corner room with 180 degree view facing the Galaxy hotel. This room is spacious and love the view. The 2nd room next to it is rather small and bedroom is rather squeezy and hardly any space to walk to the bed. We had the twin bed. View blocked by the TV in front of the glass window... is a pity to have such layout. We have the living room which is quite wasted. Should make the bedroom more spacious so easier for to walk thru. The room comes with a small kitchenette... bathroom Is small and have NO hook to hang our clothes."

"A truly unique hotel! Even before I stepped inside, I was captivated by the New Year decorations outside. There's also a rooftop that would be perfect for photos on a good day. Zika and Ying provided excellent service, and Delia's attentiveness, along with Wilson and Kayee's service, were all wonderful."

"Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)"

We were welcome with great service from the team Ken, Joseph, Lucky, Chloe and Tina.  We were very lucky to arrive during the cocktail timing.  Check in was smooth, Chloe was very thoughtful and understanding towards my daughter needs and prepared the extra bed for my daughter.  Cocktails hours team were fabulous, Tina was clear with my check in paperwork and she is so easy to speak to. Really capable and anticipatory with my family needs.  Ken, Joseph and Lucky, they went the extra miles of servicing us, my family and I really had a fantastic time at the club lounge and stay."
