"They have the best location. Strategically located in the middle of the casino strip and surrounded with many restaurants and right beside WYNN!! Super love the area. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are so friendly and helpful! Very comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next trip. So accessible to everywhere and great team at reception, housekeeping and their resto bar!"

"Cons: The room had a foul odor that only dissipated when the air conditioning was turned down to a very cold setting. There was no seating available at the front desk. Moreover, the chairs in the lobby were apparently reserved for actively consuming customers, and I was actually asked to leave when I tried to sit down for a moment. The staff's attitude was awful! Check-in time was unacceptably late at 3 PM. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to sit while waiting at the front desk, and the entire check-in waiting area only had seating for four people, which is completely impractical. Luggage storage was a mess. They initially handed me the wrong bag, and I had to go back twice to retrieve my correct one. Overall, the service quality was very poor. Even after dealing with the smell, the air conditioning in the room was excessively cold, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Strangely, the two beds in our room had different bedding; one set felt rough and low-quality, while the other was noticeably better, made of high-thread-count cotton – very peculiar. Pros: The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the Galaxy complex, which made dining out very convenient. The surrounding environment was also quite pleasant."

"This is my third time staying in Hotel S Excellent service n amenities I stayed in Suite this time Check in service staff Kayee is great The suite is nicely designed Clean n new Even though the room shower a bit not hot enough for the water I talked to front desk n morning shift staff very helpful and allow a later check out after fixing a bit on the shower They do the most out of the situation, grateful for the helpful attitude ❤️ The sunset bar is another highlight Truly recommend 🫶🏼 Will come back again"

"Coming from Hong Kong where rooms at the same price point are often just 20 sq m, I was immediately blown away upon arriving in Macau – the room was absolutely massive, haha! The decor shows its age, but it's very well-maintained. The service was excellent. They noted our anniversary and sent a complimentary cake and fruit. Service requests via phone were also very prompt, and the front desk concierge was great. The vibe at DC was just okay; I heard the place next door is more fun. For purchases within the mall, it's worth getting a membership card at DC first, as it offers discounts. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the casino can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa."
