Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. She even confirmed our expected arrival time to streamline the check-in process, showcasing her professionalism and care. Upon arrival, Farhana greeted us warmly and escorted us to a breathtaking Ocean View Suite, thoughtfully upgraded to enhance our stay. The room was pristine, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view that took our breath away. To our delight, Farhana had arranged romantic decorations, a fresh fruit platter, and a beautifully crafted anniversary cake, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. On our second day, Farhana went above and beyond by securing us the best table at Ossiana Restaurant, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the aquarium just steps away. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to returning to Atlantis Sanya and requesting Farhana’s services again. "Good place to stay. Clean, handy to lots of cafes and about 10min walk to the waterfront with restaurants and entertainment. Wouldn't call it 5 star, but definitely deserved a solid 4star. We had breakfast included, everything to cover bases, mostly Chinese type food with some European options, like eggs, sausages, toasts as well as fresh fruit. Staff doesn't speak English but easy communication via translation app."

"We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather."

"Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!"

"First and foremost, a huge shout-out to Sasa! She's an incredibly thoughtful and warm young lady whose service was consistently responsive. We had a minor issue with our room at the beginning, but she promptly helped us resolve it. Knowing that packing with a child takes extra time, she even kindly extended our check-out, and our communication with her was incredibly efficient and smooth. She also surprised our child with a small cake. When a typhoon hit during our stay, she thoughtfully prepared fruits and desserts for us. She truly is a warm and lovely person! Next up, the hotel itself. Our suite was incredibly spacious and bright, and the private balcony was ideal for relaxing with a drink. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, keeping our room spotless, and they were always friendly and quick to respond. The kids' activities and pools are shared with Hualuxe, offering a rich variety of options, so we never had to worry about keeping our child entertained – they absolutely loved it! I've stayed at Hualuxe before, and if their rooms are fully booked but you still want access to these fantastic family activities and pools, this hotel is a superb alternative, especially considering its much more affordable price. We also experienced a typhoon during our visit, and it was truly reassuring to witness the hotel's professional and timely handling of the situation, which made us feel incredibly secure. I must also praise the concierge team. Their energy and spirit were outstanding. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Sanya, while the amenities might not be the absolute best, I genuinely feel this hotel boasts the most vibrant and professional concierge staff. Every team member was impeccably dressed and efficient. The young gentleman who delivered our luggage on check-in day (who seemed fresh out of college) and the foreign staff member who assisted with our room change later both handled the luggage delivery with utmost professionalism and courtesy. The first young man, in particular, politely wished us a pleasant trip and happy stay before he left. These thoughtful details truly enhanced our overall experience! However, there was one minor issue: possibly because of the planter on our balcony, we encountered small ants in the room and on the bed. Both Sasa and the housekeeping department actively worked to address it, but for someone with allergies, it was quite a nuisance for a few days. I truly hope this can be significantly improved by our next stay. Furthermore, dining at the hotel restaurant over the past few days presented some challenges. Except for one occasion during a busy period when we were promptly shown to a clean table, it was incredibly difficult to find a clean table during off-peak hours. Many tables were empty but left uncleared. I approached a foreign staff member, but their attitude in resolving the issue was quite unhelpful. They coldly insisted they didn't understand throughout our interaction. Even if there was a language barrier, they should have sought assistance. Instead, I had to switch to English before they would even try to help. What if an elderly guest who didn't speak English faced such a situation? Would they simply be met with such indifference? Overall, though, it was still a very pleasant stay."

"I booked for six nights, half a month in advance, so I certainly didn't expect any issues with room allocation. 1. First, we had reserved a deluxe family room, and according to the pictures, the bathroom was supposed to have a window. We arrived at 11 PM as two families and were assigned two completely different rooms. I wouldn't have even realized if my friend hadn't brought it to my attention. And this was in September, mind you – not peak season – yet instead of an upgrade, we received a *downgrade*? My room's bathroom had no window, and the bed faced two large mirrors. Seriously? I contacted the butler, who promised an upgrade for the next day, but that never materialized... (I hope you'll honor your promises in the future.) They simply moved me to the room I *should* have been in originally. Oh, and as a consolation, they sent some fruit the next day (see picture 1) – *how generous*. 2. We forgot a doll when we checked out. While it was great that the butler promptly contacted us, they then sent it back via SF Express with *cash on delivery*! Honestly, even a chain like Atour wouldn't do that. I was genuinely speechless. 3. I've never left a negative review on Ctrip before, and I won't this time either, but I hope this serves as a warning for future guests. I definitely won't be returning. 4. While the butler's responses were quick, their communication when handling issues felt consistently cold and unhelpful. The only time they became more communicative was when they were soliciting a good review at the very end. (I've already deleted the butler's WeChat account. I doubt they'll miss one customer, but this is just for your information.)"

"Picking a hotel for a Sanya trip is always the trickiest part. This place was later recommended by Doubao. Opened in 2023 and nestled in Yalong Bay, the beach is just meters away, and you can enjoy stunning sea views right from your room. With a reasonable price point, it became my final choice. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel looked far better than its photos on Ctrip. I even mentioned to the hotel manager that they should definitely update their online photos across various platforms to better reflect its true appeal; otherwise, potential guests might mistakenly perceive it as an old-fashioned property. In reality, it's a stylish hotel that beautifully blends Chinese aesthetics with modern lighting, perfectly catering to the tastes of the post-80s and post-90s generations. The facilities are brand new, the environment is immaculate, and the service is exceptional. The family activities and kids' playground were also top-notch, clearly demonstrating the staff's dedication and hard work. We happened to encounter a typhoon during our stay, but we still had a positive experience overall. While there were a few minor hiccups, the hotel promptly offered satisfactory compensation. I would definitely stay here again given the chance."

"The renovated Marriott boasts very new facilities, making our stay very comfortable. We arrived late on the first day, so no high-floor twin sea-view rooms were available. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, overlooking the pool area with a partial sea view. The next day, we moved to the 7th floor, facing the Sheraton, which offered a much more expansive view and even a sunrise. I highly recommend requesting a high-floor room if possible. The bathroom was a bit small, but perfectly adequate. Upon entering the room, there was a slight damp smell, but it cleared up quickly after turning on the air conditioning. The staff were all quite young, and their service was prompt and efficient. While the breakfast and dinner buffets didn't offer a vast selection, the food was consistently delicious and well-prepared. In the evenings, both the Western restaurant and the lobby bar featured live music performances. We couldn't visit the beach as a typhoon had just passed. Ordering at the lobby bar was convenient via a mini-program, and members enjoyed discounts, like buy-one-get-one-free on fresh coconuts. The cocktails and desserts at the lobby bar were excellent, and it was a very comfortable spot to just sit and relax. The massage techniques at the Spring Spa were excellent. For families with children, you can arrange fish pedicures for the kids while the adults enjoy a relaxing treatment. Due to Typhoon Jianyu, the beach was still recovering during my visit, appearing a bit messy, so I couldn't fully enjoy it. I look forward to experiencing it properly on my next vacation! Additionally, from the hotel's terrace, one can witness the Wenchang rocket launch and see it fly for a short distance after liftoff, appearing as a small fireball visible to the naked eye."

"The luxury one-bedroom sea-view suite we booked was absolutely fantastic and felt very new. It came with a huge fridge, Siemens stove and microwave, and even a capsule coffee machine, truly exceeding our expectations. The sea view was stunning, and Xiao Liang provided excellent service. Housekeeping was very prompt, and they provided a generous supply of amenities. The absolute highlight was being able to enjoy the sea view from the living room, bathroom, and even the bedroom! On the left side of the balcony, a building from the hotel next door partially obstructed the view. While it was a partial sea view, for the price, it was still incredibly good. The room was spotless, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was large, with depths of 1.2m and 1.5m. It was never crowded, allowing us to swim freely. The hotel restaurant offered à la carte Malaysian dishes, which were delicious and reasonably priced. There was some tree-sawing noise in the mornings, so if you're a late riser, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. It was a 5-minute walk to the seashore, but roughly 15 minutes to reach an area with stairs that provided access down to the sandy beach. The rocky beach visible from our window is currently cordoned off and inaccessible; only those participating in water activities are allowed to enter. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of young people and Russian guests. Compared to the excellent service at this hotel, the service at the resort hotels I've stayed at in Yalong Bay was absolutely dreadful."
