"Great value for money. The room was spacious and on a high floor. The only downside to being on a high floor was the long wait for the elevator. The location is excellent, right outside the subway exit. However, the service could use some improvement. The front desk was also very hard to find; most people wouldn't find it on their first visit. We didn't even find it on our second visit 😅 and had to call the front desk for directions again."

"Letter of Commendation Last month, from December 16-17, I mistakenly booked an Executive King Room at Suning International Hotel. The first night, costing over 800 yuan, was forfeited because I arrived too late. I thought I would have to bear the loss myself, but customer service representative Amy proactively called me and helped me apply for a 14-day extension. As the new deadline approached, I found there were no rooms available due to a holiday, so she extended it again for me, following up patiently and cheerfully from afar. Her meticulousness and professionalism truly embody ”customer first” in every interaction. I am grateful to Suning for fostering such a warm team, and I wish Amy a prosperous New Year. I have already rebooked and can check in with peace of mind. I also wish to share this trust with every traveler. Suning is made warm by you, and travel is made beautiful by you."

Yunxi High Sky Hotel

"Our first night in Wuxi was supposed to be about convenience, staying near Wuxi Station, but it turned out to be a nightmare with all the construction going on. This hotel, however, is right in San Yang Plaza, the real city center and prime shopping district, which was incredibly convenient – unexpectedly so! To get there, just exit San Yang Plaza Station from exit 19b, look across the street, and that tall building is it. So easy! This is building A of Xilingdongshang. Honestly, this building is full of hotel-style apartments, and the choice is usually random, but we got so lucky – maybe because the night before was so terrible. This stay couldn't have been more perfect. The customer service even upgraded our room. Trust me, being on the fifteenth floor or so was just right, perfectly good. The bed was huge, very soft, and comfortable, not damp at all. The AC worked great – not dry, not cold, not stuffy. The room was soundproof, and the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate in a wet/dry partitioned bathroom. It was one of those places where you walk in and think, 'Nice,' then 'Really nice,' and then 'This is exactly the kind of bedroom I want.' How do I prove it? Let me just say, this is my first time ever voluntarily writing such a long review, and it's definitely not a disappointment, absolutely not!"

"I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially."

I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips. It's truly a must-stay when visiting Wuxi. The location is fantastic, being close to both the event venue and various restaurants. The service was also excellent. Overall, it was very convenient and just perfect. The The suite, especially, was incredibly spacious."

Since it was cold in Wuxi, they even arranged a south-facing room for us, though I found it a bit too warm [tears of laughter emoji]. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were enthusiastic and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. The pool was also fantastic! After returning from the Three Kingdoms City, we rested a bit and then went for a swim in the evening. It was a perfect way to get a super-saturated dose of exercise for the day!"
