"The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive and definitely worth praising. It's just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the surrounding area is very lively. I tried the Yellow River carp for lunch one day, and it was incredibly delicious. Later, I also tried their steamed dishes, Jingjie (a local herb), and stir-fried chicken at the hotel restaurant. Honestly, I didn't even feel like eating out after that. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thumbs up!"

"Excellent! The service was great; they resolved any issues promptly. The environment was also very nice, and the price was very reasonable. The basic facilities were all relatively new, although the bathroom was a bit small. The rooms, however, were quite spacious. Overall, very good."

"Location is strategically besides Zhengzhou train station, very convenient to travel by metro, train n HSR. Rooms are clean. The one we stayed have windows facing the man made skylight with plants, very ingenious indeed. Clean rooms, toilets, room air con is good . Buffet breakfast is good with standard North China, or Central Plains style with noodles, eggs, porridges, Chinese buns, , breads, coffee/ tea , soya milk n milk. The staffs are helpful esp the supervisors n front desk staffs. We got a lot of ideas on travelling to nearby tourist sites like Kaifeng esp QingMing Park , Yun Tai Mountain (Red Rock park ), Shaolin temples etc."

"Excellent service was provided by the hotel reception and service staff. They responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. WeChat was an excellent means of communication.  Room was cleaned thoroughly each day with all the supplies provided. It was great that there was a washing machine, kitchenette and huge fridge that made our 2 weeks stay like home.  Location was perfect as there were a supermarket, shopping mall and subway train right below the building. There were also a wide range of food available along the side streets in all directions of the building.  Overall, it was an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The service staff made all the difference."

"The environment and service were great, and the heating worked perfectly. Despite being next to the road, I didn't notice any noise. The location was super convenient, and parking was a breeze; someone even helped guide me to a spot when I couldn't find one. However, there are a few things I need to vent about. First, the labels on the light switch panel were practically invisible – I had to really lean in to see which button controlled which light. Second, the sink faucet is a classic example of prioritizing aesthetics over functionality. Having separate hot and cold taps is an outdated design, and it’s really inconvenient. What's even worse is that the cold water tap turns on clockwise and off counter-clockwise, which is totally counter-intuitive! Third, the shower water never stays at a consistent temperature. I'd set it, start showering, and then the temperature would constantly fluctuate between around 35 and 42 degrees Celsius. It was either too cold or too hot, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable shower. The only thing truly worth praising was the smart toilet seat – it was so comfortable! Also, I searched everywhere on the room phone but couldn't find a number for customer service or the front desk; it was basically just for show. Finally, the room number by the door is only visible from one direction, so if you're approaching from the other end of the hallway, you can't see it. I recommend adding more prominent room number signs."

"The room was quite big, the check-in time was too late, and I fell asleep. Forgot to take a picture as a whole. Research how to put hot water, studied for a long time. Cold water can be put for a while, and hot water can be produced. The faucet twists red, it is hot water, and blue is cold water. The room was very clean, and it felt like a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.8-meter bed. Enough for our two big and one nap. If the windows are transparent, it would be great, so that the large windows can see the outside scenery. The small windows are transparent and there are not many views to see. satisfaction. The front desk is also very good, see that we will not use the password lock, and come over to open the door for us. Hahaha, we will use the password lock in the future."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center and close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was smart and comfortable, and the Xiao Ai assistant (smart speaker) really enhanced our stay. The free laundry room and gym were a huge plus, breakfast was delicious, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was thoughtful. It completely exceeded our expectations!"

"Choosing this hotel near the train station was such a wise decision! It's incredibly close, just a few minutes' walk, making it easy to reach even with luggage. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and fully equipped with toiletries. The best part was the excellent soundproofing; it was quiet at night and didn't disturb my rest. The staff were attentive and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether you're transferring trains or just staying for a short trip, this is an excellent choice!"

"The overall environment was decent, but the room facilities were average and not very smart. We booked a suite costing over 2000 RMB, and one door was locked. I saw similar issues in the reviews, so I didn't ask them to open it. Even with the air conditioning set to 18 degrees Celsius, it was still stuffy. The service was really poor. When checking in, no one at the front desk proactively asked if we were checking in; I had to ask first, and they only looked up after a few seconds, and weren't very welcoming. We were two adults and one child, and the room included two breakfasts. I thought that for such an expensive room, they would offer breakfast, but I had to ask first, and they coldly said it was only for children under 1.2 meters. I had to insist several times before they finally brought it. Many five-star hotels offer breakfast proactively, but anyway, they did bring it in the end, which is a plus. The 2000+ RMB room didn't have welcome fruit or small drinks, only some tea bags and four bottles of water, which is almost unheard of in hotels of the same price range. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety and good taste. I ordered two meals and told the staff to deduct the amount from my deposit. However, when the food arrived, they asked me to scan a QR code to pay, saying I hadn't paid a deposit. Only after they called the front desk did they realize I had a 500 yuan deposit. I was instantly annoyed. In short, I hope your hotel can strengthen the management and training of its staff, improve service quality, and create a warm and comfortable living environment and experience for customers."

"The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. During your stay, the hotel staff are always smiling and ready to help, making you feel right at home.
