"The location is very good. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the railway station. There are also restaurants and supermarkets around. If you are physically fit, you can walk to the city hall. The room is clean and there are paid kitchen facilities available in the room. English at the front desk is very good."

"The location is away from the main city, however there's an U-Bahn station nearby that connects to the city center and the main train station directly, so it's not too bad. Rooms are decent and clean with all the basic amenities. The breakfast spread is quite good and there's also options for buying snacks near the reception."

"The place was conveniently located right next to Neuperlach Süd station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn, Exit G). Although it seems a little outside the city center, traveling in and out is still very easy. The self check-in process was straightforward, though it would be even smoother if the system allowed text input or search. The building itself is well thought out. There is an Italian restaurant right downstairs, as well as a supermarket and a Rossmann beauty store, which makes everyday needs simple to take care of. If you want dinner or late-night options beyond that, you’ll need to walk a bit further, so it’s a good idea to check restaurant opening hours in advance. Our room was excellent: the bed was comfortable, the duvet warm, and even the sofa bed worked surprisingly well as an extra bed. The kitchen area was well equipped and the bathroom amenities were complete. A special mention goes to the design of the building, it is not only beautiful, but also environmentally friendly and highly accessible for people who need extra assistance, including those with disabilities and elderly guests. The thoughtful accessibility features in the place itself were especially impressive."

"The hotel is conveniently located with direct connection to the airport and main sightseeing sights. The bus stop is closed too. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of hot and cold selection. I got the upgraded Wifi service as part of the room package which was more than sufficient for business use."

"We stayed in a four-person room with two bedrooms. The two children slept on a sofa bed in the foyer. It had air conditioning (very important), a refrigerator, and an induction cooker, and it also had two bathrooms. Breakfast was also provided, which was very good."

"Very good hostel concept to make it affordable for everyone but the guests might be the problem. Some stay there a long time and their behavior is not the best one. I had that in my room and it was not really the best vibe. The hostel did a great job but they can’t do anything about the guests. The skybar was the highlight"

"It was very close to Nymphenburg Palace, so I chose this one. It was built in 1986 (the weather vane of the roof can see the year). It was converted from a residential building, so there is no air conditioning (no German air-conditioned residential buildings). The room is small, with a fan, a small fridge and no electric kettle. If you have large luggage or a large guest, you may feel that the room is too small and it is not convenient to turn around. The room is decorated in a retro style, the wardrobe is made of logs and the bed is a copper bed. The bathroom is also small. Although I live on the first floor, I am curious that the water pressure in the shower is still not stable. When the shower is open, the water flow is hot and cold, and the adjustment to the middle is more stable but not too hot (it seems to need fine adjustment). The hotel itself is in a residential area, so it takes a few streets to walk through the S1 (Laim station) or the tram 16/17 and the bus 51. There are edeka supermarkets around 7 or 8 minutes from the hotel. It is only a 5-minute walk from Nymphenburg Palace, and it is a good choice to spend the weekend there. The nearby Michelin restaurant schwaige nymphenburg is also great, and it is often full at dinner. Due to the residential area, the surrounding environment is very quiet, but the sound insulation of the room is not very good. The anteroom and restaurant are very nice and breakfast may be available at an extra charge. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, whether it is the front desk, the boss or the cleaning aunt is very friendly. Special thanks to the proprietress, who is in urgent need of rushing to the airport but can't find a taxi (German tram bus strike), and the peers are still ankles, they are willing to drive us to S1 station, and take the initiative to help us to smash our big bags. "Everything was ok except that there’s no air conditioning in the room. Informed reception but they said there is aircon (couldn’t feel any wind at all) and we can’t adjust the temp and it’s different from the US aircon system where we can adjust as we wish. It’s honestly very stifling in the room and we were perspiring while sleeping, even waking up in the middle of the night because it’s too warm. Opening the window doesn’t help because there’s no wind at all and it’s also pretty warm out there. Winter would probably be good space to stay in but definitely not in the rest of the seasons"

"Good things: The place was very pritty we where on the fifth floor looking out on roofs and trees it was a very nice view the room was very cosy with 2 beds a couch a chair and a marble table. The lighting in the room was very pleasant and very adjustabile The bathroom was very very nice with good smelling body wash shampoo and conditioner soft towels and nice toilet. ALL the staff where very kind and helped at any time Bad: ‼️there was pee underneath the toilet that was not cleaned it wasn’t on the floor but the bottom of the toilet so not too bad but not pleasant AT ALL‼️ Sadly the char had yellow and brown stains on the outside but nothing too crazy."

"Building is located around 400m from Siemenswerke station but the walk is not sheltered so need to take note of rain/snow. Room is spacious and comes with washing machine and cooking wares. Toilet does not have sufficient wet and dry separation so unable to on the showerhead fully without water flowing out to the dry area. I went during the holiday season so the service staff was unable to respond to my query on one of the days of the holiday period. Room price is considered reasonable to me given that I booked during the holiday season and it comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay."
