Only a few miles from the picturesque town of St Andrews it is surrounded by arable farmland, there is also access from St Andrews to coastal walking and beautiful beaches and of course golf. The property offers off road parking (not suitable for commercial work vans or lorries) open gardens and the closest village shop is only 0.5 miles away.On ground level Braid Cottage has an open plan kitchen and dining room with Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc. The dining room seats 8.
