"I recently stayed at this hotel during winter and had a pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location near the airport limousine bus stops—S27 when arriving at the hotel and S32 for departure to the airport. This made my travel hassle-free, especially in the cold weather. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well-heated, and provided a comfortable stay despite the chilly temperatures outside. The amenities were sufficient, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Additionally, the hotel is close to local dining options and convenience stores, making it easy to grab a meal or any necessities. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel with easy airport access. I would stay here again!"

"We booked the family room. Room is big, clean and quiet. Even our room is nearby elevator, and the hotel is by the road side, we didn’t hear any noise/sound. Comfy bed. Walking distance to susukino area. They only have 13 parking slots for guests, website written first come first serve, free for guests. However there was one night we saw one free slot but one japanese lady stand there waiting her daughter for about 30 minutes and said they paid for the parking, we can’t park. We stop there as there was no space at the nearest parking. We checked with front desk, the staff on duty (a lady, can’t speak English) communicated with them in Japanese and then told us we can’t park there. We had to get a paid parking nearby and tried to communicate with the front desk again. She said hotel manager will reply us in email about this case. The manager emailed the next morning informed they will put a cone whenever there is a free slot the next day, they will reserve a slot for us. The next day morning as there were many slots so we just park our car there. But we didn’t see any reserved parking with cone. The hotel and room is good. Just need to improve the front desk service. We stayed 4d3n."

"The hotel is excellently located right next to Odori Park, approximately 500 meters from both the subway station and the airport bus stop. This makes it quite convenient for exploring nearby attractions, especially since Sapporo is a compact city where most places are within walking distance. However, the hotel's facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning, in particular, was quite noisy; it would start rumbling loudly if we turned the temperature down even slightly. At one point in the middle of the night, we actually thought construction had started downstairs. A nice touch is that every afternoon, the cafe next to the lobby offers complimentary coffee and light snacks, providing a pleasant spot for a short break."

"The bed for our is perfect from family with little kids, the upper bunk is little low so may not suit adult, when you sleep in the upper bunk you can hear people walking upstairs as you are so close to the roof. There is no coin operated laundry, and the closed laundromat is 10mins walk away, but the staff is very nice and can communicate in English ,"

"The location is very good, very close to the city iron and the road shopping street. When I first checked in, I found that the toilet (urine stains) and kitchen (oil scale) cleaning need to be strengthened, and there is a lot of dust in the room. In addition, there is still a score of 85 points or more, and I will stay again next time if I have the opportunity. (It would be better if you could add a washing dryer)"

"From the subway station, first take 5 bus stops, and then walk from the bus station, it takes 5 minutes. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk nearby. There are fewer restaurants nearby and fewer choices. I take 5 bus stops to the commercial center and find a restaurant to eat. Close to the post office. There is no elevator on the first to second floors, you need to carry your luggage and climb the stairs. In addition to the accommodation fee, an additional cleaning fee is charged. The house has no service, you need to clean it yourself and throw garbage."

"The location is very good, the room is very clean, it is very suitable for buying food back to the room at night, there is a washing machine very convenient, the community is very quiet, very lucky that there is a parking space in the downstairs community, the overall is very good, suitable for 4 friends to live together"

"民宿地理位置還算方便，離南13丁目地鐵大概5-6分鐘路程吧，離大通大通站好像5-6站地鐵。地鐵出來有個tokou 大超市，還有個小的永旺。民宿大概100米的地方有個family便利店，200米有個711，走到大馬路上有些吃飯的地方，有個松屋。相對於市區的酒店，4個人住這個民宿比較寬敞，日本的酒店是出了名小的，而且也按人頭算錢，這個民宿也是按人頭算錢的，感覺挺不合理。我們4個人住了四晚是4700多，如果一個人兩個人就便宜差不多一半，但是房間是被佔用了啊…民宿比不上酒店的最大一點是衞生問題！不是不乾淨，是不夠乾淨。不是標準化清理。被子床單上會有之前客人的頭髮，住民宿就帶一次性床笠被套啥的吧。拖鞋我們也是自己帶的一次性的，有提供一次性牙刷那些。除了這點其他都挺好，畢竟還是便宜不少而且寬敞。地鐵到新札幌站，是新札幌站哦，好像4-5站，然後在新札幌站坐jr去機場沒那麼多人，也近一點，票價也便宜一丟丟。"

"Location - close to Nakajima Koen Sta. just 3 mins walk , 711 is just around the corner, Lawson is abt a min walk and there is Seicomart near . Easy check in and check.out, staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean with things you will need from cooking, washing, cleaning. Has a lovely bathroom with tub and separate water closet.You have enough space for your luggage and can set up another futon. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again next time."
