Jeju Hotels with Kitchens

"This was our first overseas family trip, and we chose Jeju Island. We started looking for hotels in May. After a successful booking, the host sent very detailed check-in instructions, including the location and contact number. We communicated several issues over the phone during the planning stage, and they were mostly resolved. Getting here from Gate 5 at the airport by Global taxi took less than ten minutes. However, it's crucial to have the Korean address ready to show the driver to avoid getting lost, as taxi fares are quite expensive. We arrived a little after 1 PM, but check-in is typically after 3 PM. After storing our luggage, we headed out. Just 20 meters south of the entrance is a GS25 convenience store, which is relatively well-stocked, even with some fresh vegetables and fruits, though prices are higher than back home. **Cleanliness:** The room has a minimalist decor and was spotlessly clean. **Facilities:** The room features central air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a TV with screen mirroring and HDMI input. The kitchenware is complete and very clean. The stovetop is induction, with a frying pan and a milk pot. Plates, bowls, and chopsticks are all provided, suitable for both stir-frying and boiling. The range hood is a pull-out type located above. We bought some meat, vegetables, and instant noodles and cooked a meal, which was quite pleasant. There's a drying rack, but hangers were a bit scarce, only about four or five. The shower had strong water pressure, but remember to manually set the temperature on the control panel on the wall after entering the room, otherwise, it defaults to a very low temperature. **View:** Our room was on the 13th floor, facing north, offering views of both the airport and the sea. The vista and scenery were truly excellent, especially during sunset and sunrise. The blinds provide good blackout functionality. The bed was slightly on the softer side. We booked a family room with one large and one small bed, and there was a partition in between, which was a great feature. **Service:** During our four-night stay, we interacted with several front desk staff. Two of the male staff spoke good Chinese, and the others could communicate in English. All of them had excellent attitudes. Thanks to its excellent location, it was very convenient to get to the bus stop, Baojian-ro, and Samyeong-ro from the accommodation. There's a park downstairs, and during our stay, an MBC-sponsored two-day music festival was held there over the weekend, which was quite lively. **Summary:** Besides the affordable cost and excellent location, the spaciousness and the convenience of being able to cook were the main reasons we chose this place. It certainly didn't disappoint; our experience over these few days was excellent, and the room's soundproofing was also good. Two points to note: 1. Because it's adjacent to a main road, if you don't close the window at night, there will be some noise. This is unavoidable. 2. During your stay, you need to collect and dispose of your own trash. Be aware that South Korea has very strict waste segregation rules, with at least three categories: food waste (including eggshells), recyclables, and general waste. Liquids from bottled drinks and cans must be emptied. The trash disposal area is about 20 meters north of the exit, where there's a recycling station. In the mornings, several elderly women will be there sorting through the trash; if you're really unsure, you can just hand it over to them. Overall, my stay experience gets a 95/100, and I would choose this place again on my next visit."

"I didn’t realise that this is a residence hotel when I made my reservation in a hurry. I was disappointed that we can only get help from staff through WeChat, which is inconvenient until the hotel accepted us as a friend (and this took some time). However, once the communication channel is established, the response was prompt and the staff made the effort to give us what we requested for. So it was overall a pleasant stay 😊"

"This is my third stay at this hotel, and honestly, for the price, you can't make a better choice. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which made communication incredibly easy. Both the hotel's ambiance and amenities are superb. It features Jeju Island's only rooftop pool, and soaking there while watching the sunset is absolutely breathtaking. The room types in the new wing are all fantastic. My room this time faced a forest full of blooming hydrangeas, which was just gorgeous. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer in the room, which I was super happy about – it's rare to find one at this price point in most hotels for hair care. The toiletries are Bvlgari, and there's even an outdoor soaking tub. I genuinely adore this hotel!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport and within walking distance to Shilla Duty-Free Shop. There are plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Downstairs, they offer a free coffee machine and an ice dispenser. The coffee is quite decent, a definite must-have for me every morning. Self-check-in and check-out were incredibly convenient. On the first floor, guests can borrow umbrellas, and there's also an electronic scale available to weigh luggage. The front desk staff could communicate in basic Chinese and provided free luggage storage. Their service attitude was exceptionally friendly. We, two adults and two children (both already in middle school), stayed in a suite and needed an extra bed. They provided a futon-style set (with a mat and blanket) for an additional 100 per day, which we found reasonable, as comfortable sleep is essential when traveling. My son particularly enjoyed sleeping on the floor, finding the mat very soft and cozy. The room was clean and fresh, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Having a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and microwave was incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a small balcony with hangers and a drying rack for laundry. A hairdryer, towels, slippers, shower gel, and shampoo were all provided. You can also pick up complimentary bottled water from the front desk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! P.S. No security deposit is required at this hotel."

"This is a hotel that I must stay in every time I come to Jeju Island. The hotel rooms are spacious and suitable for family trips. The car can be parked directly at the door of the villa. The room facilities are complete. The hotel is in a superior geographical location and it is very convenient to go to various popular attractions."

"The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it was quiet at night . It was bigger than expectation too! I went to Jeju as a female solo traveller, and found the location amazing and very convenient. The streets were busy and there was decent amount of restaurants nearby, so it felt safe too. It was like 4 min walk to Shilla Duty Free (so convenient, as a lot day tour has options to pick up there) and 1 min walk to Nuwemaru Street. The view from the balcony was amazing too! There was smart TV in the room too! I would recommend this place, and re-book this place again, the next time I come to Jeju! Tips: Take the bus in front of Gate 4 at Jeju International Airport. Things to note: It is self-check in room, where you will receive a message on the day itself on the room number and passcode of your room. There's very minimal human interaction. But the response time from the ”staff” was very fast."

"I truly can't recommend this hotel enough – it was absolutely spotless. I was so impressed, I completely forgot to take any photos! I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. While Korean hotel rooms are typically on the smaller side, their rooms here were not only spacious but also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It came with a fridge, a washing machine, and even kitchen essentials. A major bonus was the balcony! And it was immaculately clean – perfect for even the most particular guests. The area right downstairs is incredibly convenient, making it my top pick for shopping and dining."

"Everything was good, but the owner's service attitude was very bad. He asked us to pay extra for the two children we brought with us. One child was 15,000 won a day. I was speechless. He said that because there was no note for the other two children, what was the point of the family room? Was it just to take advantage of people's surprise to rip us off? The clerk and the owner took turns to come to our room to ask for money. They were aggressive. They also arranged the wrong room for us. We clearly booked a family room, but the room with a big bed was arranged. I don't know how much the price difference was. They said that we had to contact Ctrip customer service to not add the child's fee. We went back to buy food at 9 o'clock, but they made a lot of trouble before we ate it at 11 o'clock. It was all cold. I was speechless! Everyone should take this as a warning, don't let them rip you off invisibly. It is said that all hotels in Korea are like this, they will charge more money. I was drunk, too."

"I was on a business trip to Jeju Island and had to find a place to stay in a hurry. It was so satisfying that I had to leave a review. First of all, the location was fantastic. It was close to the airport, conveniently located, and the quiet surroundings made for a great night's sleep. I didn't have high expectations at first because I had chosen this place on short notice, but the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and clean. My fatigue was completely relieved. Check-in and check-out were also seamless, and I was impressed by the overall meticulous care. If I ever return to Jeju, I'll definitely stay here again. I'd recommend this place not only to business travelers but also to anyone looking for a quiet retreat."
