"Upon entering the lobby for check-in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance. The location is absolutely incredible! For anyone traveling with kids, especially, this hotel is right next to Maya Mall – I highly recommend it! The swimming pool is indoors but has an open design, so it doesn't feel cramped. You're not exposed to direct sunlight, which means no need for sunscreen or hats, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a sauna right by the pool, so if you get cold, you can warm up immediately – that was a huge plus! The kids' club requires parental supervision but is quite compact and functional. The breakfast quality was excellent! There was a wide variety of food for kids, and most importantly, everything was fresh! The coffee was exceptional, like something from a specialty roasting cafe. And the room condition? What can I say, it was spotless and fantastic! The only minor thing was that on weekends, a night market sets up outside, which can be noisy late into the night. However, since we were on vacation and the kids were staying up late and having fun, it actually didn't bother us at all; it was more of a positive experience."

"Everything is awesome, the team of the hotel needs tremendous improvement in terms of hospitality services. This is one of the best hotels when it comes to cleanliness, room size and its reasonable room rate. But the service staff of the hotel do not know how to offer it hospitality or the real hospitality service. After asking and talking to them, it is clear that they were pressured by the regulations of the headquarters so their service was so much lower than the hospitality should be. You make it pissed off how pushing they could be, how rudely they talked to you even though I never expected a royal treatment, but how I was treated during my trip was very disappointing. In conclusion, if you're looking for a spacious room with very reasonable rates , this is the one. But if Hotel services are something you are after, this is not recommended."

"This hotel is great in every aspect. Most of the guests are Chinese travelers who booked through Trip.com. Occasionally, I'd see a few Thais at breakfast, but it felt like an all-Chinese hotel – definitely the most Chinese guests I've encountered in the three hotels I've stayed at. One issue is that it's too remote and far from the city center. A taxi ride can cost 20 or sometimes 30 [currency], and during peak hours, it's a bit slow to get a ride. Overall, it just feels too far. The beds were either 0.8 or 0.9 meters wide, which was a bit cramped when sleeping with a child. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard, and filling. They only provided two bottles of water, which wasn't enough. Buying an extra bottle downstairs cost about five RMB, which felt a little expensive. The mini-bar, however, was quite good, with nice snacks and drinks."

"The hotel is located near Chiang Mai University. If you turn right and walk straight, past a market, you'll reach the main entrance of the university. The hotel is within the pickup range for day tours, which is very convenient, and it's also close to Nimman Road."

"The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very well taken care of. We were a group of three, and they allowed us to share a room without an extra bed, and didn't even charge us for the additional person! This was a big plus, as other hotels we stayed at charged 350-700 Thai Baht for an extra person, even when we said we'd just squeeze in. So, that was really friendly of them. The hotel is located inside the old city, but it's surrounded by small alleyways, so transportation isn't the most convenient. However, the Skyline car we booked still managed to come into the alley to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful, with cute little elephants made from towels, which was a nice touch. The only downside was when we moved to a ground-floor room on our second day – there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel provided mosquito repellent and an electric mosquito swatter, but it was still a bit of a hassle. Also, the ground-floor room had a connecting door on the wall to another room, and the hairdryer was quite old and had very weak airflow. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay."
