"First time at 66 years old in a hostel and amazed by how friendly everyone is and good the rooms are. We had an en-suite room with white towels, clean white bedding on a very comfortable bed, room serviced every day, just round the corner from Union Square, and all the transport links. Fabulous location, and excellent value for money. Thank you to the lovely helpers at the check in desk."

"The hygiene and facilities were just okay. The dorm room wasn't well-ventilated and had a strange odor, and the mattress had stains. The only upside was the really good location, very close to Union Square. For this price in downtown San Francisco, you can't really ask for more. There's no dedicated parking, but there are street parking spots right outside, and it's also very close to the cable car route. Plus, the hostel itself organizes some activities if you're interested in joining."

"Everything is good！！！The services are excellent～The location is in Fisherman's Wharf, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The surrounding area is very safe, and strange people are rarely seen. "I have to say, the room and facilities were pretty good, and the location was decent too. However, one issue made me feel this hotel was a bit of a rip-off. I had previously booked a room through Trip.com for October 16th to 18th. At the time, it showed that in addition to the room rate, an extra 294 RMB (approximately $41 USD) would be charged upon arrival. But according to the receipt from the hotel, they actually charged $49.20 per night. I believe this is a case of the hotel not clearly disclosing fees and abusing its charging rights. What was even more frustrating was that when my son checked in on the evening of the 16th, he dined at the hotel restaurant. The hotel only informed him that he could spend $35 for free each day, but failed to clarify that this amount was not cumulative. This led him to mistakenly believe he could use a total of $70 over two days at once, resulting in him paying extra unnecessarily. I emailed the hotel's general email and the Hilton receipt email yesterday, but received no response. This afternoon, I raised the issue with Trip.com, and surprisingly, the compensation was refunded within an hour! I really have to commend Trip.com! From now on, I'll definitely stick with Trip.com for my travel arrangements – they're reliable, professional, and efficient!"

"Perfect for solo and business travelers. They leave you alone. It’s clean and quiet and extremely affordable. No pet fee, which is really nice. Option for self-service check-in/out. Free laundry machines, really great vending machines, fabulous Yemenese coffee shop across the street."

"Great location, free parking, facilities are refined and well-crafted. Cleanness is great, since it’s located in downtown , there’s some road noise but it’s fine after using the ear plugs. and beds are comfortable, sleep very well during the stay. No microwave."

"We stayed in a deluxe city view room at Hilton Financial District—beautiful views and a warm welcome! The TV greeted us with a personalized “Welcome Cristopher,” which was a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and let us check in early. Great location near Chinatown, with amazing food—thanks to Denmark for recommending House of Nanking! Room was clean and well-priced."

"2/16〜20まで4泊しました。部屋にはミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジがありました。カトラリーは、ワインオープナーなども揃っています。シャワーのみで浴槽はなし。シャワーの勢いはまぁまぁ。トイレのペーパーホルダーが後ろにあるので使いづらかった。歯ブラシはフロントで貰える。 　ホテルのロケーションは、テンダーロインと呼ばれる治安が良くない所の境目にあり、1ブロック入ると空気が違うので、滞在中のほとんどをUberを利用しました。徒歩でホテルからユニオンスクエアを経由してPowell.st駅まで向かうのですが、正直、今の治安では恐怖だらけでした。近くにAkiko sushi barがあり、リカーショップもあるので最悪食事はどうにかなります。 　チェックアウトの際、駐車場を利用していないにも関わらず、誤って利用登録されていた。ホテルのフロントの女性達はアメリカらしい感じです。 　また利用するかというと、微妙です。"

"The staff were very friendly and sincere. Breakfast was good because there were many types of bread. I heard the outside sound a little well, so it was noisy at night, but the location was satisfactory and it was not bad to stay for a short time."

"Good location, close to the bart, but also sketchy, as many places in SF. The stuff is friendly, beds are clean. Minus the beds are steel so it makes a lot of noise when sb turning in the bed. For breakfast you have cereals but not oats, some coffee and tea, no milk, and waffles (bit to chewy) and some banana and yoghurt but with a lot of sugars in it. Sad that kitchen is closed after 10 or 11pm and there’s no other water fountain."
