We are minutes from Standley Lake where you can go fishing, boating or jet skiing. The rental for equipment is just down the street. For golfing enthusiasts there are several golf courses close by and miniature golf 10 minutes away. A great bonus is the short walk to Arbor Lake or the new Westminster downtown for shopping and restaurants. The RTD Light Rail/Bus Station is 2 minutes from the front door with quick access to Boulder, Denver and surrounding entertainment. Afterwards, get warm and cozy in the downstairs recreational room and watch a movie on the 65” LED 4K TV its like being in a private theater (1 of 3 LED TV's in the house). During the spring and summer time step on to the large patio, bird watch, count the bunnies, or enjoy other Colorado wildlife-or play a game of family freeze tag on the large grassy lawn.Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people in four queen beds, three upstairs and one downstairs. There are two beautiful full bathrooms to soak away the day’s fun!
