"Pros:
(1) It's about a 700-meter/10-minute walk from the airport. Just follow the map: After exiting the international arrivals (T2) at Tan Son Nhat Airport, turn left and walk to the end. You'll see a wire fence; just go around to the back of it.
(2) The room is spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, microwave, pots, and even a gas stove (didn't use/not sure if it works).
(3) It's affordable. Not quite 4-star, but I'd say it's a solid 3-star.
Cons:
(1) The area around the airport is a bit remote, but there's a shopping mall nearby with food options, and also street food vendors (I found them a bit unhygienic, so I didn't try).
(2) No breakfast provided.
Service Attitude: It was so-so. I asked the front desk for some tape, and they said they didn't have any. But they actually did, because when I checked my luggage, they used tape to put my name on the suitcase. I ended up buying some tape from a nearby small shop (it wasn't expensive), but I just don't understand why they made me go out and get it. It's like you can't ask for any extra favors?
Overall: It's decent/livable."
