Charming Outer Banks Cottage with Stunning Ocean Views - Hot Tub - Walk to Beach

loved the location. It was an easy drive north to Corolla one day and south to Hatteras another day. This house is in a fairly busy part of the outer banks. Although beach itself was not busy at all! Loved our stay and exploring this coast. Hosts were great, house was great! Our week was fairly chilly so we loved having the hot tub!?

Home is very welcoming and cozy! Host made sure we had everything we needed and was exactly how it was described. Host communicated and made sure all was well while there. I highly recommend and would stay at this home again.

We had a very nice stay at the cottage. The house had plenty of beach cottage charm and came with useful house goodies. It felt clean, had all we needed (dishes, glasses, board games, sand toys) and everyone said the beds slept comfortably. Hot tub kept the kids plenty busy as we landed on a cold, windy spring break week. We were hopeful for a grill but using the park style charcoal grill would have been impossible with the wind. The sleeping setup was perfect for our family as the bunks can be joined with another room and all the adults were upstairs. With that windy week we got to relax with coffee and the house has good views of the ocean that made us very happy. We would definitely return to this house and all had a great visit.

We’ve stayed at this beach house several times now (I think this was our third or fourth visit), and it continues to be one of our favorite places to stay. Every time we come back, it feels just as special.The owners are always incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to work with, which makes the entire experience smooth from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the property.The view is absolutely amazing—one of the best parts of staying here. It never gets old, no matter how many times we visit.This trip, we also noticed some updates to the decor and furniture, including larger beds, which were such a nice bonus and made the stay even more comfortable.We truly love this place and will absolutely be back again!

Amazing home in amazing location. Full of ocean views and less than a 1 minute walk to relaxing on the beach.We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the huge front deck. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time with our two families of four. They had all the beach equipment you would ever need... and toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, and a wagon to haul it all right across the street. Communication with David and Kerry was quick and easy! Can't wait to visit again.

It feels intentional rather than commercial.What sets this property apart is the attention to detail. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, the living spaces are comfortable and inviting, and every room reflects a cohesive design that enhances the overall experience. The owners have anticipated guest needs in a way that is not typical, from beach equipment and outdoor conveniences to small touches that make the stay feel personal rather than transactional. The location is equally strong. Being essentially steps from the beach, with unobstructed ocean views and easy access, made daily routines, effortless. The deck and outdoor spaces, particularly the hot tub and seating areas, were a highlight for both relaxation and family time.We had a multigenerational group, and the layout accommodated everyone comfortably without feeling overcrowded. The home is both functional and welcoming!In sum, this is not just a rental property. It is a home that has been carefully curated and generously shared. We would return without hesitation!

Our family loved our stay! The home was cozy and our family loved all the board games and puzzles! The hosts communicated very well and the home was just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this home. The fully stocked kitchen made everything so easy, and we appreciated having access to the bikes and beach chairs. The hot tub was a great bonus after long days out. The layout of the house was perfect for privacy, and we loved the charm and character of the unique older home. The sand kitchen was a big hit and got lots of use during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return!
