Hilton Vacation Club Beachwoods Kitty Hawk

Location is a bit off but everything else is great. We stayed in the lower level, it got to a bit noisy because there was a big group staying in the upper level. The turtle feeding and the splash zone in the property were very enjoyable.

We were happy overall with the accommodations. Check in was simple, the room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the necessities, there was a washer and dryer and they provided detergent. The bathrooms had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very nice to see/have. I was a bit put off by the ants and spiders I killed in the room and the mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. Again overall great weekend get away.

The property on the outside was beautiful but inside the rooms needed help. They have a pest infestation and they can’t help you until 7AM. I woke up to water bugs/roaches on the kitchen counter and multiple centipedes on the walls and shower curtains in the bathroom. There was also a large roach on the wall in the bedroom that I had to kill. On top of that different flying insects in the house. I was able to kill some of it. Thank God I was only there for two nights. No refund was offered or no kind of incentive given but an offer to move to another unit when I had less than a day left for my stay. I experienced all of this the first night up until I checked out. They need to fix this issue fast!

Amazing experience overall! The “rooms” are basically condos and have so much room! Very clean and property is well kept. We will definitely be returning in the future! Everyone enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding place to stay! The personnel were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick check-in. The rooms were clean with no problems what so ever. Nice and peaceful. the pool and hot tub area are indoors, nice on rainy days. A must stay.

Pool and hot tub was down our hold stay, kids was ready loud in the building, windows was very dirty didn’t hv a balcony just straight woods and air condition units running as our view

The room was beautiful and practically new. It was basically an apartment and super handy for traveling with a family because you don't have to eat out every meal. In general , the property was gorgeous and in a wooded area, nice and quiet. Our only complaint what's that the pool, which was one of the main reasons we stayed, there became unavailable starting the 2nd day of our stay due to technical problems.

The main reason my family booked the resort was for the indoor pool attraction. When we arrived we were told that the pool was out of order!!! My children were on spring break and all they wanted to do was swim :-(

Some activities cancelled. Beach accessibility was more than adequate. Nature trail blocked. Playground not nearly as pictured. Bar closed & apparently dismantled (during NCAA finals). Pool closed (literally 7 min after we had gotten in) and stayed closed for duration. Same with hot tub. Same with lazy river. Same with splash park (but they were running the whole time). Trash piled up on room and common entryways for hours. Open sewer in at least one common walkway. Exposed electrical wire across walkway, uncovered; appeared to have been there a while. Rooms were fairly acceptable. Only a broken shower door latch and paper thin walls to complain about within. Oh and the common area fire extinguisher for our particular building was inspected most recently June of 2021.
