Tui Blue Palm Garden

Upon arriving at the hotel, it was clear straight away that there was a great deal of pride taken in the surroundings. The gardens are very well cared for & are really beautiful. Our first impressions were being assisted by an excellent member of staff who transported us and our luggage to our room. It was late at night so we pretty much wanted to go to bed but we’re a little hungry. The member of staff took us to the main restaurant where we were provided with a selection of food despite it being after midnight. Our room was on the ground floor and was well appointed. We are a couple with a teenager, our room was a twin bed with a daybed type bed for our teenage son. The air conditioning was programmed a little warmer than we would have liked, so our first night was a little bit too warm affecting the quality of our sleep. The pillows softer than we prefer. We used the tui app to ask for firmer pillows and they were in our room the next day. We also asked for the air con to be turned down and the staff were happy to support this. I am not against the hotel setting a limit ad I believe this is well intentioned from a hotel who I believe truly are trying to limit their impact on the environment. Bottled water is readily available, which was good to know that our teenage son was able to grab this from the fridges throughout the day. There are lots of recycling stations and these are well used. I did not see any litter in the grounds at all. We arrived the week before the UK half term and it was clear that the hotel was not at full capacity. Despite this there was still an excellent range of food and entertainment on offer. Our son spent time with the teens activity coordinator who was really friendly and was instrumental in helping the limited number of teens who were here all get on together. The tui rep and guides are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are available everyday so this was really good to know. We booked a trip to a local hammam through the rep and this all went to plan. There were a few of the shows that appealed to us whilst we were here. They were all really enjoyable for all ages. A lot of the other guests had small children and from what I can tell the facilities for them were excellent. It is my opinion that this hotel would be more suited to children with young families, but this is likely to be because we visited in school term time. Had we arrived during half term I think the activities and entertainment would have been aimed at school age children. There were some live music shows, we only went to one it was very good. It was poorly attended which is probably because a lot of the guests were here with young children. The main restaurant, purple turtle beach and main bar all had excellent quality food and drinks. The service of the staff in the main restaurant could not be faulted in my opinion. The children’s food station really is a great feature and another reason why I think this is a fantastic hotel

The reviews are true! Overall the best family hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Food and drink quality is 5 star. The grounds and gardens are absolutely stunning, the gardeners clearly work so hard. Staff are friendly, the kids loved kids club and were happy to go in each day! The house wines were delicious, coffee was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The app worked great and there’s lots to do in the day for adults too if you want to be active. The gym is nice and if you like running it’s lovely first thing to run round the paths!

Excellent welcome on our arrival by Dila, who was most helpful throughout our holiday ,she made us feel very welcome, along with the Welcome Bar team Yilmaz and Bedirhan. Who were friendly, efficient . We were escorted to our room by buggy along with our luggage. Albeit the restaurant had closed we were offered hot food, but we were not really hungry so declined, anyway there are several things available in fridges all night ie sandwiches, fresh fruit etc. The hotel staff are a credit from the cleaners, to the bar and restaurant / reception . The gardeners work hard to keep the place looking so beautiful. Palm Garden is very friendly, immaculately clean. The food and drink are vary varied, good quality ingredients etc. Even a fussy eater would approve. Entertainment team we did not get involved with, did not see them much around the pool encouraging joining in but this did not bother us .. think if could have been due to the fact the majority of the guests were German. There was a great trio of musicians playing and singing on the beach daily which was very pleasant. Some of the lovely staff I feel we should mention , and hopefully they will get some recognition of their wok. Gorkhem, Yilmaz Bedirhan, Dila , Alyton , Mehmet Ozdemir. Alytun and so many more you all do a fantastic job. Only problem I could foresee would be in high season difficulty in getting a seat in bar area in the evening and sun beds in the day.

Fantastic hotel, plenty to do for the adults as well. The food is fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. We stayed here for our honeymoon as a last minute get away and really enjoyed.It has a good location with plenty of local shops as well. The TUI rep was fantastic as well.

Absolutely amazing place the food, staff, drinks just everything It was our first time in years to turkey and this hotel and everything about it did not disappoint. Everywhere was spotless the rooms were lovely and it was so chilled. The reviews speak for themselves. There's not alot nearby some shops a huge one directly over the road but if you don't want to go out you don't need to! We will be back as soon as possible! Oh and the transfer took approx 1 hour there as we had no drop offs but 2 on the back as we had pick ups, the hotel makes it worth it tho. We took lira to give out as tips but next time I think I would just take euros....no one expected tips but all the staff deserved them they worked so hard. Nicest place we've stayed by far.

Recently spent two weeks at TUI Blue Palm Garden in Manavgat, Turkey. Was greeted every morning at 8 am by Gulizar our wonderful Yoga Teacher. Gulizar went above and beyond with the lessons and advice. Gulizar has given me the inspiration to carry on with Yoga now I have returned home to the UK. Thank you so so much 🙏

We honestly didn’t believe all the reviews we read before, but I promise you they are all true! Every single member of staff at this hotel goes above and beyond, they don’t do it for the tips either. Tips are done in secret envelopes if you feel you want to do so. Without a shadow of a doubt this is THE cleanest place we have ever stayed, they are constantly cleaning everything, sweeping the beach paths or mopping the side of the pool to scrubbing the restaurant. We even saw them hoovering the bottom of the pool! The bar staff are so friendly, but professional. The chefs do an outstanding job, everything is cooked to absolute perfection, they really want you to try their show cooking, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never known an all inclusive buffet so good! The whole place is so chilled but yet there’s plenty of activities to get involved in if you wish to do so. Nobody is pushy. The kids club staff are soooo lovely! Anything you want, just ask, more hangers, firmer pillows, fresh towels, anything! The app is so easy to make requests or book activities. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone, families, couples, young or old. The only slight negative things I would say are, get better prossecco, make all cocktails free, and get bigger quilts for the massive beds!

A amazing all accessible hotel with amazing staff The transfer from the airport was roughly 45 mins minibus with electric ramp we were greeted by the staff and were given Turkish tea on arrival @23.00 Bags were taken to our room and we were told the restaurant was open for us to get some food. The hotel complex was very accessible and flat there was ramps to the restaurant bar and beach. The beach ramp was incredibly steep, but staff are always there to help. The only place on resort I couldn’t get to was the entertainment above the bar as it was a rooftop bar. The pool had a hoist!!!!!! They had accessible beach chairs to get into the sea this was not stated on any TUI website/known by uk travel agents This needs to be known and put online as accessible as this stops a lot of people who have mobility issues booking holidays as they need a hoist facility. This hotel was very accessible and staff were always there to help and always made sure we were ok.

Booked as a last minute getaway and honestly was cynical about all the amazing reviews as surely a hotel cannot be ‘that’ good all of the time? Was very happily proven wrong. Staff genuinely lovely and super helpful, food was incredible (choice and freshness) and the entire complex was immaculate at all times. Didn’t travel with children but the children facilities were well thought out. A lovely (much needed) chilled out week, with sunshine, where literally at no point did we have to think about anything. It was already there. Don’t recommend the nearby shops for anything other than Turkish products - if you’re wanting ‘designer’ bits, you’ll need to travel into town. But it’s great for coffee/sweets/bath towels/soaps etc and Turkish ice cream and coffee just outside the shopping complex. There are a couple of hotel cats which might put some people off, but they are well looked after by the hotel and not in any way a nuisance. They have their own Cat Cafe for feeding and guests are asked not to feed them. Generally they avoid people - apart from one tabby that loves to cuddle if you give it the ok!
