Tui Blue Palm Garden

Once again had a fantastic holiday for the 4th time in Tui Blue palm garden. Everywhere you go, very nice staff. Purple beach bar visited every morning and afternoon with fresh coffee where Ali and his very nice colleagues are always there for you.

This hotel is amazing, the staff make it amazing, we had a week here and couldnt fault a thing. The food is good but can be more towards the german guests, my partner struggled but he is fussy. The rooms are just what you need and the showers are great. The gardens are immaculate, we saw tortoise, hedgehogs and of course the beautiful Turkish cats, in the welcome bar there is a beutiful tri coloured cat that really melted our heart. Each and every staff is truly amazing, nothing is to much hardwork. 100% an amazing hotel.

Two ladies in their late 60's felt so safe and what a wonderful hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you and it was spotless. Food superb could not fault it. All staff great but lovely receptionist Dila was a star and thank you. Hopefully we will return Thanks to all at the this hotel you have it so right.

Got to the hotel about 22:00 checked in very efficient. Got to the room very nice. So clean. Food was amazing ate way too much. They have a great running circuit, and plenty of classes. Having the no smoking around the pool and beach is spot on. Shows and entertainment very good. Had a go at archery liked it so much went back 3 times. Mustafa very helpful. We knew it was a good hotel because we had been a year ago. And just booked up for 2025. 👍😎

This was my husband and me our first vacation. We were really hoping we would have a good vacation and now we are back home I can say it did not disappoint. Our vacation was better than we could’ve dreamed of. The resort was so beautiful, the rooms were so clean, the food was delicious and the staff were all super friendly. We were actually sad to have to go back home. We both rate this holiday 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. I want to say a big thank you to everyone at the resort who is part of the team. You all are wonderful people and we wish you absolute the best. You made our vacation perfect.

My wife and I stayed at the Palm garden for a 7 day break and after reading the reviews we expected a few imperfections. How wrong we were, this is a first class hotel with friendly staff always happy to please. The food is of an excellent quality with kids having there own eating area and menu. The pool is vast and the kids area equal to the adults area with slides and pools with its own small adult area. Well planned and delivered events and a shingle beach, so you need your flip flops or water shoes. There are a couple of inflatables on the shore which offer older generations a bit of fun. The bar staff are attentive and friendly serving drinks.

So the bad bits ,why are the Germans just so rude with queuing ,even pushing in front of other Germans lol there is plenty of food . Forget about the evening dress code it does not exist sports wear and bikini tops welcome . So now the great bits , the staff are just so polite every were and i really cant fault the service . From the moment you check in to when you leave they are just so helpfull . Hotel is super clean ,grounds are well kept and pool area is swept and washed every morning . The bins are cleaned at least one a day and litter patrol is out picking up after the occasional lazy hotel guest . Pool is super relaxed with just the aqua exercise music for about 20 mins so no dramas. Restaurant is super clean ,food is fresh and varied every day , coffee and tea station in there so great for breakfast . Again any mess is cleaned up super quick . No panics for sun beds and they are plenty with lots of cover . Beach is just a 30 second walk from the lower bar and snack area . Again lots of cover down there too . Plenty of ice cream for the kids . NOTE , drinks are a bit samey at the bar and a few more offerings for adults would be great . If you go off the all inclusive its a bit on the steep side so be aware .

What can I say, from start to finish Palm Gardens exceeded my expectations. We arrived early hours of morning, given tea on arrival and even offered food at 3am in the morning. Check in was 5 minutes sat down with our tea, explained location of things and given a map, taken to our room with luggage on a golf buggy. Room was a really good size and spotless. Throughout our stay tried all of the restaurants and not one of them disappointed. There is so much to do here you don’t even have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Just outside are a few shops, we even jumped on the bus, (stop is 1 minute up the road from hotel) 1 euro took us Manavgat bus station, we spent several hours here lots of shops, bars restaurants. Another day bus to Manavgat then into Side, if you don’t want to try buses taxi rank just outside hotel. Any questions please feel free to ask. This was our third time at the hotel in as many years. I can honestly say that nothing has changed which is amazing for a hotel with so many departments. The service, food, attention to detail, friendliness, cleanliness etc are top notch like they were the first time we visited. As someone that has worked in hotels, restaurants, and bars previously this is no mean feat. Rather than rehashing everything I said previously, just to look at my original review from a few years ago, everything is the same and my opinion has not changed. This is the hotel my husband and I compare all other trips to when we do venture somewhere else (as we did in January), and we always come back here at least once a year. This is a relaxing holiday, no boozy Brits here as it caters mostly to continental clients which is exactly what we are looking for. The hotel is also located outside the main township, so there is also not necessarily a lot of things around the complex if you are also looking for exciting night life. As someone else mentioned, there is a difference in manners, so even if you queue be prepared for the occasional person to push in in front of you, we experienced this from adult English guests as well. I really appreciated the 'leave a compliment' in the app and did this every day for staff that I interacted with in some manner as this was so easy to do and having worked in the same environment having someone appreciate your effort is priceless. For all those thankless jobs i.e. glass collecting around the pool (horrible task let me tell you!), was where I concentrated my compliments on as those jobs like I said are usually pretty thankless. It takes a minute to do and could literally make someone's day. Big shout out to Kate and Mustafa who kept my husband entertained for the week, no mean feat! Thank you to Mustafa for putting Boccia back up on the activities list again, I look forward to playing when we are back in November! Yes we are back for a second time within the year, this is how good this place is! My husband is already counting down the days until we arrive in November, and I am patiently waiting for the Sour Cherry ice cream (a must try!) Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work to make our holiday enjoyable, without them our holiday just wouldn't be. It is the staff that ultimately make this place.
