**Hotel Rooms:** The descriptions of the hotel rooms online are inaccurate. We asked for a connecting room, assuming that these are two separate en-suite rooms with a door between them. However, we ended up with a family room that consisted of two rooms sharing one bathroom. One room had three beds in it, making it less spacious, so we had to live out of suitcases as there was not much storage space. We also asked for double beds, but the reception told us that they don't offer double beds at all. Instead, they are two single beds put together. How is that 5-star? We stayed all the way back in Villa Acacia, and the room decor was extremely outdated, giving off a 1970s honeymoon vibe. The furniture was clearly eroding and not replaced. Definitely not 5 stars at all. This is the first time we have been to a hotel with no kettle and tea/coffee-making facilities. On a more positive note, staying in the villas was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and we had a lovely balcony. The mini-bar was replenished daily, and the cleaning staff in our villa were absolutely lovely and kind humans who greeted us warmly. We were also told that there is a buggy to take us around the resort. This is not true. There is only one which is hardly available. It takes around 15 minutes from out villa to the main part of the resort. This is not a problem for us but don't misrepresent services please. **Beach:** This private beach is not sandy; it's a very pebbly beach full of rocks. One of us got cut a few times, and the waves became quite harsh at times, so you have to be careful. It was very difficult to find loungers as the beach got crowded very early. The mattresses for the sun loungers were eroding and outdated, and the towels were even worse—major discoloration. We've been to better private beaches. **Food (Main Restaurant):** The food was tasty but not amazing, with repetitive options. Flies were everywhere which puts you off the food and it was quite chaotic. We grew bored after 4 days. They had a lot of food variety, but the quality was poor. It would be better to focus on quality over quantity. **Food (A la Carte):** You have the option to eat at a restaurant for free if you stay for a certain number of nights. This was definitely the worst part of the holiday. The resort should not offer à la carte dining and instead focus on their main restaurant. We went for Italian cuisine. We walked to our table, which had the most stale bread, resembling rocks from the sea. We asked for it to be replaced, but the waiter didn't know what to do and blamed the AC. This was not Italian food; it seemed like food from the buffet put together. Please do not label this as an Italian restaurant because it wasn't. The service was lovely, however, and the waiters were very kind and attentive. **Entertainment/Animation Team:** We have mixed opinions regarding this team. Some members were quite disrespectful to women, asking them to go clubbing and trying to flirt, wh
