I must say on arrival it was early hours of the morning almost 2am, it was quiet but the receptionist was very welcoming and didn’t want to keep us to long as we were hungry and tired. He explained about breakfast, lunch and dinner times. A paper with all the times and locations was given with towel tokens. He told us we could get something to eat from the 24 hour restaurant. There wasn’t much variety as it was late. There was bread, soup, cheese nothing too big. After this we went to our room where our suitcases were brought. The room was ok, beautiful sea view. Cleaning staff ensured rooms were clean. We did have a few requests which were dealt with promptly nothing to talk about. Overall I was very impressed with the food, desserts and the staff were nice.Only issues I had with a staff named Hassan serving ice cream outside, my son asked him for ice cream he sent him away then another child of different colour came he served him ice cream. So we asked him why he did not serve my child to that he quickly gave him an ice cream. I was disappointed with that but did not take it further as I was enjoying my stay and didn’t want that to put a shadow over the rest of my experience. I would definitely go back, I’m usually the one to have issues with things but this stay was lovely. The operational manager is also ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, and staff are doing what they suppose to be doing. I would recommend this hotel spoilt for choice with food, cakes and pastries. Gym here I come lool

A very pleasant hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Special praise goes to the animation team for children. Despite the fact that it is not yet the summer season, everything is very well taken care of, various workshops for children take place every day throughout the day. Extremely friendly and kind animators, children love them. The only weakness, which is not this, is that the outdoor pools are not heated... the water is still a little cold at the beginning of May... but the children didn't feel it... :D The food is delicious and everything is within easy reach. Cleanliness is adequate. We would be happy to return to this accommodation.

Recently stayed here with my daughter and can’t fault the hotel in anyway. The customers were mainly German and staff appeared to speak the language well. This did not impact our stay in anyway but some staff automatically spoke to us in German before I informed them I am british. There was no language barrier and staff were welcoming and warm. We were accommodated with a late check in and had a room upgrade due to it being quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke multiple languages. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was clean and other than a loose toilet seat no issues. Food: there was lots of variety available, being british and travelling with a fussy 12yo, there were items available such as pasta, chips, spagetti bolognaise etc. there were also more traditional cusines available, lamb, chicken, carvery. Every days salads/breads and desserts all available. Lunch time I found was the best with choice of burgers/hotdogs/tacos/fish and chips/kebabs. Drinks were readily available with several bars, there is a little cake shop and ice cream parlour. There are also additional smoothie type drinks for €5 each. Entertainment: kids club available, whilst not applicable to us the kids sounded like they were having a great time singing and dancing. Water slides for all ages (including adults ☺️) Arcade/bowling and shops all onsite with additional charges Evening shows and entertainment such as dancers/bingo etc. Pool/: nice and clean with good sizes, lots of beds available and no rush for towels. Beach: pebble beach and water a little rough for me but there are water sports available.

I really enjoyed my holidays in this hotel. There were special events and fireworks prepared for the Turkish national holiday. Food is very diverse from traditional Turkish dishes to Mexican food, pizza, burgers. Unfortunately, alcoholic beverages are very bad there, for example gin&tonic tastes simply disgusting. The only drinks I was able to drink were: beer, bloody mary, mojito. The hotel also has a fridge with tasty ice cream available in all-inclusive option. There's also gozleme station but waiting time is too long in busy season. The sea in front of the hotel is cloudy so there's no point of taking a snorkeling mask there. I think that the staff could collect towels from the sunbeds that people left for all day. We were there during the holiday season and it was difficult to find a free sunbed by the pool. And there's a smell of sewage by the beach. On the beach there's water sports center where you can book some excursions or activities like parasailing or jet ski. Waterpark is only available for a few hours but still it's fun. The hotel has a very well-equipped games room which is quite expensive but machines are in good condition. There're few shops in the hotel as well. There's a taxi stop in front of the hotel so you can take a taxi to visit Side (20minutes drive).

Should not have 5* at front of hotel, Nice rooms, but dusty with a few lights not working below Standard food, chiped dirty plates and glasses. Fabric sofas full of dust and hair cats allowed to roam building including eating area's. Cleaners don't clean, just tidy bed that's already made. Was asked by 3 members of staff for my all inclusive wristband, making me feel like they felt I wasn't supposed to be here. I genuinely feel a few staff members don't particularly like people of Colour, speaking in Turkish doesn't hide body language. I had more help, information and fun with the captain of the boats and a private boat ride bosses.

The hotel is nice at first glance, the reception area looks nice, but sadly most of the indoor features of the hotel are always closed (panorama bar, other bars, indoor swimming pool) and the a la carte dining area is quite empty and soulless. Here and there are strange, dark, semi-empty areas with no decor - maybe a few chairs nobody is sitting in. The room we lived in was large and with two bathrooms, which was nice. But the beds were very hard/uncomfortable and there were many technical faults, like a balcony door that couldn't be closed, a closet that was stuck, bathroom door would not shut and couldn't be locked. Very dark and no decor. We asked for help to get some if these issues fixed or to get a different room, and one of the issues was fixed after lots of nagging. We gave up on the rest. As for the staff in the reception, I would describe them as impatient, dismissive, and sometimes upright rude and unhelpful. The all inclusive breakfast, lunch, dinner are good. Lots of selection, both western and eastern cuisine and it doesn't get too crowded. Nice outdoor seating is recommended for dinner. The staff working the kitchen are very polite and friendly. The pool area is OK, plenty of sunbeds and staff on rollerblades taking orders for free drinks. The bar by the pool/theatre area is very nice and has friendly staff. The water slides are fun and exciting, but in dire need of maintenance - some of the bumps in the slides will bruise you so you quickly learn which rides to take and which to avoid. The beach is the best part and where we spent most of our time, mixed small stone and smooth sand. You can build sand a castle and decorate with polished small stones of all kinds. A bit steep, 15-20% drop. At around 1.5-2m deep the ground is large stones. We had one day of big waves, but our 5yr was fine wearing arm floaters and with supervision. The older kids loved diving, there are lots of aquarium fish swimming around. Some of them bite you, which isn't so nice.

So in the run up to going here we nearly cancelled due to bad reviews. So pleased we didn't. Rooms great and family ones were a big size duplex. Entertainment all day and my teenagers were well catered for. They also have a mini club for little ones. Food was good and not how the reviews state. Yes some food can be cold, but it's only when on an all inclusive and u walk around the buffet getting different bits it can go cold (like it would) hot when it's on your plate, just have a scout about first before u fill ya plate up. No one was sick and lots of choice. My some has a nut allergy and we checked when I arrived and they advised what he could and couldn't have, I didn't worry at all. Pool's clean and the beach. All inclusive drinks good. You pay for smoothes and ice cream cocktails 5 euros each. Got back last night now the diet starts. Enjoy and look forward to this hotel it's amazing. I used to be a travel agent for thomas cook and I'm fussy and I would recommend!!
