good place. near with new line LRT Shah alam. not easy to find food here.

The hotel was okay. It seemed pretty well-managed, which I appreciated. Overall, I was quite satisfied. My room didn't have a window, but it was spacious enough that it didn't feel cramped. The only downside was the lack of nearby dining options, which was a bit inconvenient. That's about it.

It If I can rate 0 definitely I’ll rate a zero to this horrible hotel…  1) no shampoo and toilet paper provided, give upon request 2) whole night very noisy (they said water pump spoiled but is a very scary sound) 3) very small room 4) Aircond not really working Please never ever take this hotel…

The room we stayed is at 2nd floor, and non stop having noise. I'm not sure what noise it is, I'm guessing water tank pump. Slept only about 2-3 hours because it's really too loud.

Everything was okay, but it wasn't soundproofed against noise from the main road. If you're a light sleeper, the outside noise can disturb your sleep. If you're only staying for one night, it's fine, but if you prefer quiet, I wouldn't recommend it.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was good, and service was efficient. A reliable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Check-in was smooth and fast. Reception staffs are friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom is a little open, not suitable other than couples.

Room was comfortable and tv had wifi too. Unfortunately we had a cockroach in the toilet but were too tired to complain 😿

Basic room for short 1 night stay, unfortunately the lamp is not functional which can mot be switch off for the whole night. Its quite late at night that we didn’t request for room exchange. The advantage is it is just next to main LRT, convenience for public transport.

Safety was our biggest concern during the stay. In the middle of the night, someone tried to open our door, and it was really frightening. There was no phone in the room to call for help, which made us feel even more helpless. The management said all rooms were fully booked, so we were placed on the top floor — though we only saw about two cars in the parking lot. Maybe most guests didn’t drive, I guess. There’s no lift, so if you have big luggage or mobility issues, please think twice before booking. The room didn’t have any toilet paper or tissues either, and we had to go downstairs to ask for them. When we reported the issue, the staff said it was caused by other guests and there wasn’t much they could do. Still, it was disappointing to feel that safety and comfort weren’t taken more seriously.
