Food was overpriced as you pay for the Instagram moment, not the food. The service was slow as molasses. Breakfast spot was reserved, but they overbooked it anyway. This place is poorly managed. Buffet line was chaotic at best. No proper coffee, not even drip. Horrible tasting coffee from Nescafé Alegria machine. Toilet was clogged. Crowded parking. No basic instant coffee in the room. They have their own coffee brand that supposedly help you with weight loss. (Yuck) Come here for Instagram moment. Don’t expect relaxing moment touted by the resort. Nope, we won’t be returning any time soon.

We stayed at the Springfield Valley Golf and Spa resort in early Feb/23 for the mid-week stay and play package. Loved the hotel, the room (we had a deluxe room), the pool, the food (especially the breakfast), the golf course, the caddies (worth it) and the staff overall. Only negative thing was the quality of the golf rental clubs. For what was being charged ($1000TBH) I was very surprised to see that the clubs were basically whatever they had hanging around. If you come to play, keep your expectations down if you have to rent clubs or shoes. They didn’t have any shoes to fit my wife so she played in her sneakers, which was fine but we had read that golf shoes were mandatory. Overall though a great experience!

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. Tara Mantra, a hotel dedicated to the decline and wants to be well presented. The difficult times of Corona are unquestionable,but then you should be happy about every solving customer and roll the red tape symbolically.But not in this hotel.You have as a non-Thai speaking guest on the whole line Lost,it always gets the feeling of being disgusting and questions cannot be answered because of language barriers.As we have been guests again and again in Tara Mantra for years,I could experience the breakdown of this hotel even closer. The rooms are smooth,not really maintained,the bathroom I don't want to describe it more. The breakfast was slightly more slightly from year to year until it became a disaster today.The breakfast room has now closed for a few days since only 3Zimmer is located in this hotel.Therefore we were instructed to take the next few days of breakfast on to order the room.Isn't it a problem in principle if I have the opportunity to breakfast comfortable in this room,and not like a monkey on the couch must take my breakfast to me.Maybe that I overtake in the sense, But that's not worth 4 stars. Damn,but this hotel has lost 2Stammgcast,but I don't think the staff will not realize that.

In general, everything is good, the hotel is not new, it is noticeable, but basically everything works. The hotel is noticeably well managed, all processes are streamlined, check-in for large groups is quick. At breakfast, everything that is offered is sufficient and does not run out, even when the restaurant is very full. A significant drawback in the room is the lack of free sockets next to the bed and the table; if you need to use a laptop, it is relatively convenient to only use the TV socket if you turn it off. The remaining sockets are located inconveniently. Shown this in the photo There are no towels or drinking water in the gym, which is also a minus.
