Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

It’s a very nice hotel spacious enough , I get an up grade from Mountain View room into bathtub room. Breakfast is complete and variously… And there is a restaurant just across the hotel

Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

Room quite large with seating and working area. Although there some trouble on electricity upon first enter the room. Variety of breakfast are superb. Easy access to traditional market and city center

Nothing special just a room for a night comfortable bed .....

The location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite. The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous. The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55" LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room. Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also.

The staff were very polite and eager to offer assistance. Location of hotel was near to restaurants. Breakfast was very delicious and the variety of food was excellent. Staff was kind to pack for us breakfast on our 1st day as we need to leave early for the Bromo sunrise tour. Will definitely recommend this hotel for their excellent service.
