Got the room at the new building, the room is clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and huge. The service also excellent, the breakfast are various, and the staff are very attentive and quick to refill the breakfast menu items, so they are never empty.

A very spacious business hotel, with complimentary soft drinks as well as water provided. Breakfast was good, and the dinner at the After 5 sky bar was great too.

Central location, but room noisy from nearby trains, mosque and street.

The bfast is good. Just that maybe the room dresser could focus on cleaning the floor inside the room.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived, warmly welcomed by a friendly doorman and receptionist. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of choices.

Near city, near toll gate..

Please improve your hospitality. It felt like we were treated dismissively because we are Indonesian guests, not foreign visitors ('bule'), especially considering the extra challenges of traveling with a baby and a toddler.
