A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a few mins on the bus from the airport, with very frequent busses going to and from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and a great little Irish bar a short walk. Breakfast was very good and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. There is a small gym on site which was handy. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is super convenient for early morning flights, as it's only 3 bus stops away from the airport (you can take bus 756 or 733). The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Leonardo Meastre at Venice and also Zurich. What a huge difference in terms of service. Leonardo at Zurich felt stingy. Called up to ask if I could get another bottle of water and was rejected. Asked if the staff could bring up a spoon and was rejected. I don’t really know how they got 4 stars.  We were given a room for disabled person. So the showers had no glass screen and it was a nightmare trying to ensure the dry area does not get wet. Though we appreciate the space, but I think Leonardo zurich can do better.  We asked if there are shops opened around the hotel, the answer was just no. But after venturing out we found out there were.

The location is not suitable for travelers with big luggages. Handing over from one shift to another didn’t ensure that the customers’ request is being processed accordingly, booked for a taxi at 7.30am next day on the night before, and none came until 7.45am. On hind sight, better to book a hotel that is nearer to the city or the airport with slightly higher costs, but spend less on taxi from hotel to airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms- super spacious and clean for a budget airport hotel. The beds were really comfortable for a good night’s rest.

The location is decent, you can *just about* walk to the airport. There was only one person at the front desk, so check-in and check-out took forever. Especially when I was checking out, I got stuck behind someone who was rambling on and on.

Extremely close to the airport, I stay here every time I'm on a business trip. The facilities are standard, but the proximity to the airport is a huge advantage, and the service attitude is excellent.

Well located within Airport Area just 1 stop away and short walk. To go to city just hop in bus right opposite of the hotel. The hotel ambiance is very nice for relaxing. Restaurants within the hotel. Recommend

A hotel in a close proximity to the airport only 5 mins on a bus ride. However, the service and products are not a 4 star hotel.  1. The front desk service is not quite up to a par comparing to other 4 stars - we asked the front desk to delivery our luggages to the room when is ready for check-in since we will be away. The answer was "can you do it yourself or your partner can?", "not sure but will see what we can do"....This is a very standard service for most hotels.  2. Breakfast selection is very limited and quite sad for a 4-star. The staff was very unenthusiastic and the utensils were dirty with stains.  3. Early check-in will cost you additional 30chf even if it is just an hour before. 4. This is a popular one - no free shuttle bus. Will cost you a lot more than public transportation. So think wisely. 5. The bed is fine but pillows are like balloons - you need to unzip them to let the air out. Otherwise, good luck with the neck!
