Milano Hotel

Clean room and good location. Can walk anywhere and lots of shops around. Good sound insulation from human neighbours. Birds outside is cute but need to get used to bird chirping and road sound.

Very nice and clean room. Nice staff. Basic amenities. In kluang town, near mall and eateries. Will stay here again if we are in kluang. Tq milano hotel

Initially thought the birds outside would affect our sleep. But it was ok. We slept well. Receptionist helped to keep our luggage when you went for hiking. We checked out early in case we couldn’t make it to return before 12pm.

The room is noisy at bight because there is bird next next to the window and the bed sheet was dirty with stain on it.

convenient location small but clean room noise insulation is excellent, i could hear loud bird chirping outside the hotel but inside the room was silence.

The room is too small. Toilet is big enough but no place or holders to place anything ...including toothbrushes or toothpaste.

Location was abit off. But still within the city center and close to the bus terminal. Staffs were friendly & rooms are clean
