設施很爛，酒店就前台和大堂環境好，連電梯都沒有，行李是我們自己搬上樓。
房間特別小，10多平，但訊息上寫的是23平，2個行李箱都放不下，窗户也沒景、床很小，什麼東西都看着舊舊臟臟的

A most pleasant overnight stay in most luxurious surroundings. The staff were pleasant and obliging. We were given a room upgrade on arrival which was most appreciated. We would definitely stay again. Our only issue was a lack of detail of the breakfast on the website but these were provided as part of the check in process as we were given a tour of the hall.

Another fabulous stay at this well established hotel set in glorious grounds. Thanks all all the staff, including Dawn on reception, Anna in the restaurant, Danni the head chef, Victoria in the bar and Cecelly at breakfast. Canapés in the drawing room before dinner were a revelation. The six course taster menu was sublime and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing is too much trouble. See you all in October.

Went here for a special occasion with friends. The care and attention to detail was second to none. The food was truly amazing. The staff could not have done more to make our meal and time there as memorable as it proved to be. We will certainly return.

Quality hotel in beautiful setting. The gardens are wonderfully kept, wish we'd had more time than we did to explore. Staff were helpful and attentive. Special thanks to the lovely lady who served us with an excellent breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is an exceptional hotel set in stunning grounds. The tasting menu and matched wines were absolutely superb ; what a chef!, and the staff were all lovely and attentive. Our room was beautiful and perfect for our very happy greyhounds.We came for our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful stay.The attention to detail in every aspect was first class . We will definitely be back thank you

We only stayed for one night, en route to Scotland. Beautiful property with stunning grounds. The staff were lovely and welcoming but there was no assistance offered with luggage. Our room (a garden room) was nicely furnished and robes and slippers were a nice touch. However, the beds (set up as twin beds as requested) were very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs almost poking through. The compact bathroom was elegant but there were chips on the skirting board and black mold on the bottom edge of the bath. The towels were of surprisingly poor quality and looked as thought they needed a good bleach. Had we been staying for more than one night, we would definitely have asked for a different room. Our breakfast in the Orangery was good with attentive service. To sum up - Goldsborough Hall is a stunning property but the mattresses and towels definitely need replacing.

Stunning hotel and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed exploring the gardens and had a really wonderful stay. Our suite was beautiful, we loved the whirlpool bath, there are gorgeous views of the garden from the room and the huge bathroom. There's a pod machine in the room which is a nice touch and being coffee ******* we were grateful for this. The 4 poster was also huge and incredibly comfortable and if you so wish there are various entertainment apps available on the TV to log your own accounts into if you like. We also had the tasting menu while we were here and it was absolutely 5*, each course just got better and better but in particular the pheasant dish we had was to die for. Lovely friendly staff and Jeeves the cat is the best hotel greeter! We loved him! He even came to say hello when we were enjoying pre dinner drinks and canapés.

Love this place. We stayed for one night and had the Royal Taster Menu in the evening. Food was absolutely exceptional, the staff were so friendly and we all had the best time. Highly recommended ! The room was great and we had our own space with wooden garden furniture outside the french doors, weather was good so we could sit outside with a gin and tonic .. a very welcoming place to stay
