Thiwson Beach Resort

We only stayed for one night (on our way from Krabi to Phuket), and that was a big mistake! The clean pool offers an amazing view! The rooms are excellent, and the breakfasts are fantastic.

Great location with lovely views of the sea and islands from both the restaurant area and the pool. There's also a sandy strip with some sun loungers and trees for much-needed shade. The bungalows are rustic and simply built; the showers are only walled on the sides, with the rest open. This means small animals *could* get into the living area, but it rarely happens thanks to the bungalows being built on stilts. There's a mosquito net over the bed, which is sufficient to keep things in order. They also offer a laundry service that's completed within a day. Scooters and cars can be rented affordably on-site. Additionally, day trips to various islands are available for booking. The food here is also very tasty and comprehensive. Breakfast includes a large buffet with both Thai specialties and an English breakfast. My only minor gripe is the lack of storage space for clothes and other items for two people. Another chest of drawers in the bungalow would be a great addition. Absolutely recommended for anyone seeking peace and relaxation, who enjoys unwinding, reading a book, and finding tranquility.
