500m from kobe tower. We select this hotel because there is japanese style room with public Onsen available. Big room for 4-6 members can be fit. I recommend the hotel team to clean the air con as so many dust but there is Air humidifier machine set up inside the room too. Thank you and we love it.☺️

Good: The hotel is centrally located and offers excellent amenities. Bad: Despite arriving at 10 a.m. after a red-eye flight, I was denied early check-in even though my room was already available. My luggage was placed in the room, but I was told to return at 2:45 p.m. unless I paid an additional 2,000 yen per hour for early access. Bad: The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant.
