This landmark hotel is a must-stay in Kobe! Choosing a sea-view room was such a pleasant surprise, offering direct views of the ocean and the Ferris wheel. Both day and night, the scenery is stunning; the hotel itself is a beautiful sight. There's a regular shuttle bus service to and from Sannomiya, with a timetable conveniently located at the entrance, making it very easy to go shopping and dining in the city center. Just outside, you'll find Meriken Park, and other port attractions are within walking distance. The harbor atmosphere is absolutely incredible, perfect for watching both sunsets and night views. It's ideal for a relaxing getaway and highly recommended for anyone visiting Kobe.

The hotel is above a cruise terminal, have a very beautiful scenic view. Also a seaside walk provide you a very relaxing feeling. Hotel staff can speak English, and helpful. Hotel is clean but the room carpet seems little old. The breakfast is good and wide range of food.

Booked this hotel to see the fireworks. The room was just so-so, and it was a bit inconvenient not having an outlet by the bed. The location is inside American Park, which is a bit of a walk from the station, but taking a taxi to other places was fine. The views, however, were definitely excellent.

From Sannomiya Station, there's a free shuttle bus to the hotel from bus stop 8, running about two or three times an hour. Otherwise, it's quite a long walk, and a taxi would cost less than 2000 JPY.

Very nice, a hotel with great design and attention to detail. The south-facing executive room has a huge balcony that genuinely gives you a cruise ship feel. The executive lounge doesn't have a wide variety of food, but the taste is decent. The surrounding night view, including Kobe Tower, is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. A stroll in the evening during summer is very pleasant.

I stayed for four consecutive days, and the view outside the window was as beautiful as I expected. However, when I checked in on the first afternoon, a large cruise ship was docked right outside my balcony, completely blocking the view even though my room was on the 11th floor. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com, and they responded that the ship would depart by 5 PM. When I looked at the pictures before, the cruise ships always docked on the south side, so I didn't expect this situation. On the morning of the fourth day, I woke up to find another cruise ship docked outside. Just a heads-up for future guests. The overall room environment was fine, but the cleaning staff seemed a bit lazy. Disposable slippers weren't replenished daily, nor were the disposable toiletries or the coffee and tea bags. Each day, they only replaced the trash bags and refilled three bottles of mineral water. My shower gel ran out, so I deliberately left the empty bottle on the sink to remind them, but it remained untouched for three consecutive days. During check-in, the hotel overlooked one night of my reservation. I was initially supposed to stay in one room for the first night and then move to another room on the second day. This meant I'd have to check out at noon and couldn't check in again until 3 PM, which would have completely disrupted my plans for the second day. In the end, I had to communicate with the hotel through Trip.com to ensure I could stay in the same room for all four days. The hotel breakfast is pretty standard Western fare, nothing special. It's okay for a day or two, but after that, you might want to switch it up and try the Starbucks next to the hotel.

The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, and not far from Nanjing Street, just about a 10-minute walk. If you're lucky, you might even see a cruise ship docking, which is pretty cool.

This hotel is great! The shuttle service to the metro station is super convenient, and it's easy to catch a taxi right outside. The staff are also very enthusiastic. Plus, from the west-facing rooms, you can see the Ferris wheel, which is fantastic!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, with countless delicious restaurants nearby, and the environment is very pleasant. It's perfect for family trips or business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Japan.

The room was quite spacious, I could easily open my 30-inch suitcase without any issues, and the price was reasonable. This time, I chose an east-facing room because it happened to be a weekend and there were fireworks at Kobe Port. Although brief, it was lovely to watch them from the balcony. For transportation, it's definitely not as convenient as staying directly in Sannomiya, but you can take the hotel shuttle bus to and from Sannomiya, which runs every 20 minutes. Breakfast was pretty good; the freshly grilled burgers were delicious, and they had fresh orange juice, as well as matcha and milk-flavored ice cream.

The ambiance is comfortable, and the breakfast is bountiful. The location is superb. It's a hotel with an old-money vibe, divided into East, West, and North wings, each offering different views. It's mostly frequented by locals and is suitable for family vacations. Definitely worth a stay.

The hotel services was excellent, but the room is bit old, location is just located heart of Kobe. ( just opposite of port of Kobe Tower) And breakfast was great

The hotel has a unique design and is located in Meriken Park, Kobe Port. Standing on the balcony and gazing out at the sea, it feels as if you're on a real ship's deck. During check-in, the hotel thoughtfully provides drinks, coffee, and snacks. I initially thought it was very far from the JR station, but after getting familiar with the area, I realized the location is quite good. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Daimaru and Motomachi. It's worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus times provided by Trip.com are incorrect; the shuttle actually runs quite frequently, not just once an hour. I even took photos for other travelers' reference.
