Parking is opposite the hotel (Deb parking), need to get the parking ticket and pass it to the hotel reception for payment. Pretty convenient, there is starbucks just next door, chinatown is nearby, walkable distance to kobe port. Room is comparatively spacious compared to usual rooms we stayed in Japan.

Switched from Dormy Inn, which is 150m away, and this place exceeded my expectations! The free coffee and snacks were a fantastic bonus, the service was great, and the location is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The twin room was a bit small, but luckily I only had a 24-inch suitcase so it could lie flat. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Nankin-machi. Motomachi shopping street and BAL department store are also nearby. The bus back to Kansai Airport is just a 15-minute walk away. Staying a few days in Kobe is truly relaxing with fewer crowds.

The hotel is right across from Daimaru Department Store, with many luxury and trendy brands in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient for shoppers. Sannomiya Station is also a manageable walk, taking about 10 minutes. The room isn't large, but it's spotlessly clean. There's enough floor space to comfortably open your suitcase. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, though there isn't a bathtub. Elevator access requires a key card, which definitely enhances security. Furthermore, the entire neighborhood is very quiet at night.

The room was clean and tidy. Subway access was super convenient for getting around. Daimaru Department Store is right across the street, and the famous Sannomiya shopping street is only a 100-meter walk away – truly a fantastic location for exploring! My biggest complaint: no bathtub! I completely overlooked this when booking and sorely missed being able to take a relaxing bath even once during my week-long stay. While I've seen others mention issues with the showerhead, I personally found it acceptable. It looked clean, and any limescale appeared to be a natural consequence of the local hard water and the fixture's age, which didn't bother me. The location, however, is superb! You're right on Motomachi shopping street as soon as you step out, with Chinatown and Daimaru department store practically on your doorstep – fantastic for shopping. Both Hanshin and JR Motomachi stations are a quick three-minute walk away. Sannomiya is also easily accessible, about a ten-minute stroll through the vibrant pedestrian street, perfect for browsing shops along the way.
