The breakfast was good, but the check-in time was wrong! It's already closed at 8pm sharp, and it's quite remote, so it's best to confirm the check-in time.

The location of the hotel is suitable for a day trip to Arima hot springs, but not suitable for a day trip to Kobe because Arima is far away from Kobe. It's a hotel deep in the mountains, 12 minutes' walk from JR, but the surrounding environment is beautiful. It's right by the river. You can fall asleep listening to the running water. The coffee is delicious and the meals are available.

The location of the hotel is also very high.
They refused to check in because I was 10 minutes late and ended up leaving me homeless. Then they refused a refund, saying it was a no-show.
It even says check-in at 10 o'clock, but mailon says check-in is until 9 o'clock.
Don't go to this trashy accommodation. It's a waste of money.

We wanted to have breakfast and inquired with hotel. They shared that the restaurant wasn't open. We sat down in the lobby to search for some other options, when the gentleman at the desk came over and stated the restaurant was open and ready for us. We were greeted warmly by the owner, who informed us she was limited in certain items that morning. No problem for us at all and we ordered our food. Everything was so good that my children ended up ordering second meals. It wasn't until we had paid and were leaving and thanking her that she apologized for not having a "full" menu but she was actually closed until the hotel called and asked her if she could serve us. I'm not sure many places offer that level of service anymore, and we are so grateful and appreciative for all she did for us. Thank you so much!!
