Good location. Cleaning was of course excellent. Bed was comfy.

Everything is at TOYOKO INN standard as we had stayed before except the elevator is only one. It's taken long time and crowded in the morning during breakfast time.

The location is about 5 mins walk from Kobe Station which is also close to Harborland. Not many eateries around though I ate around places I visited. There is a convenient store less than a minute from the hotel if you want a snack. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Only have one elevator in the building that need to wait for a while. And laundry charge also a bit higher than others

I stayed here to see the first sunrise of the year from Meriken Park! It's about a 5-minute walk north from Kobe Station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding something to eat!

The hotel is within walking distance of JR Kobe Station and has excellent access. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store nearby. It was also nice that they included free breakfast. The switch between the faucet and shower was broken, so the shower wasn't usable.

I always use Toyoko Inn. Breakfast is free and the room condition is good. However, the soundproofing is poor, so it is a little noisy at night.

Location: About 5-10 minutes away from JR Kobe Station and about 5 minutes away from the expressway Kobe Station. It can directly go to Osaka Umeda, Kyoto and Osaka South respectively. The convenience is acceptable, but the road conditions nearby are poor, so you need to pay attention. Nearby attractions: Very close to ****, but the center of Kobe is located in Sannomiya, which can be reached by JR or Hanshin or Hankyu a few stations away. Hotel space: The facilities are inferior to the newer Toyoko INN, but the space is acceptable. Special note: This hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms (2nd to 14th floors, not counting a special room on the 1st floor), but they all need to share one elevator. During the peak check-in and check-out times, you have to wait for a long time, which is the main point of deduction.

The breakfast is very delicious and plentiful. There is only one elevator, so it is a little difficult to use. In the morning, you can go outside the hotel using the emergency stairs and enter through the front door.

It's a little bit of a walk from the JR station, which doesn't quite match the name.

It is a chain hotel, suitable for business trips and travel, clean, good service, big bathtub in the bathroom, free breakfast. The clothesline is great. The price is right. Highly recommended. It is more than 400 meters away from the north exit of the station, very convenient.
