Kobe Portopia Hotel

The shuttle bus service was very convenient. The restaurant on the 30th floor offered great views, and the paid night view from the 33rd floor was also impressive. The room was spacious, but the toilet in the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the sink had yellowish stains.

The bedding was more comfortable than other hotels, and the pajamas were also very cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of healthy and tasty options. The view from the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service was also very good. If you stay at this hotel during the off-season, it's quite a good deal. I hope to have the chance to stay here again. Overall, it was a hotel that exceeded my expectations. Kobe is truly beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located right by the subway exit. The environment is also very pleasant, making for a very enjoyable stay. The hotel provides high-quality branded toiletries, and the bed is super comfortable. It's a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Kobe.

Excellent, satisfied, clean, convenient, and good service.

Excellent stay! I was in town for Ayumi Hamasaki's concert, and the venue was right across the street, just one block away. The hotel is also conveniently located near Citizen's Plaza Station, which is why I chose it. The hotel itself is grand and impressive, with a spacious and comfortable lobby. I arrived in the morning before check-in, so I relaxed in the lobby. There's even a convenience store inside the hotel, making it easy to grab anything you need. The room was very spacious, and the window offered a great view. While it's an older hotel, what truly matters is the comfort and overall feeling for guests, not just having the newest gadgets or facilities.
