Amazing location in Kobe Sannomiya - walking distance to the station Great breakfast! Very friendly stuff at the front desk ❤️ We have stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels before in other cities - this one definitely wins our heart Many restaurants around, but not too touristic I believe it's on the opposite side of the station to the other more tourist spots Room is spacious! We could place two 30in suitcases on the ground. Very amazing for hotels in Japan 💪🏻

Japanese hotels are always super clean, but the rooms are usually tiny. This one is about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, which is a bit far. However, they provide all the toiletries you could need, including makeup remover and moisturizer, which is a really thoughtful touch.

Great spot, very friendly and excellent location for walking to more vibrant areas.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it offers good value for money considering its location.

Whenever I visit friends in Kobe, this hotel is the first selection, good location, friendly staff, quiet place.

Hotel was cheap, very nice and tidy. Location is quite good, next tae the family mart, 10 mins walk to station. But the mattress was super hard, unable to sleep.

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel's location is super convenient. Within 400 meters, there are various restaurants and shops, and a Lawson convenience store is right next door. The hotel also has its own parking lot.

Convenient walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and downtown Hiroshima

Location near 1. Kobe Sannomoya train stations. 2. City Loop, Port Loop buses for most tourist sights 3. Subway lines 4. 24h family mart convenience store (right below hotel) Rooms are big Good!

The hotel was actually in the opposite side of the JR station and was difficult to locate using Google map. I walked to the Roynet premier hotel and was given a map to walk back to this hotel. It was not the usual standard of the Roynet group, but breakfast was good.

It's a great hotel with an excellent location and excellent convenience.

5-10 mins walk from Sannomiya station, relatively convenient and quiet place. Hotel is a bit old, though basic necessities are fine. Room is relatively spacious and can easily handle out luggage. Average stay in general.
