Location of hotel is superb, literally steps from the train station. The street beside the hotel is lined with restaurants, hence you will never go hungry. The configuration of the room was a little awkward, making 1 pax hard to get off and on the bed. View from the room was great.
Hotel staffs were super helpful and gave us a good suggestion for dinner.

Only thing to criticize is that no hot water for the basin in cold winter weather 🥲

Twin room is just nice and comfortable. There is a bathtub with a view and a massage chair after your long day. Location is superb as train station is directly below and many restaurants all around. Shopping is also only across the street. If you are visiting Kobe Sannomiya, this is the ideal hotel to stay in.

My elderly parents stayed in the room adjacent to mine. It was good that it was a walk-in shower with a shower stool instead of a bath tub because this eliminates the chance of my parents falling down when getting in and out of a bath tub.

I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Bed & pillow were so comfortable. Hotel location is superb and convenient!

Location is very convenient & connects directly to the Sannomiya station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Also car rental is just a block away. We love that the room has a massage chair which is perfect after travelling. Our room has the mountain view which is very interesting.

Customer service is nice, and provided lots of good stuffs to hotel guests but the massage chair was not working.
