Walking distance to many tourist point, jz nearby china tow and train station. Family mart is jz downstairs of the hotel. I'd love the hotel service, customer service was nice... We keep our baggage at hotel whole day after check out also not a problem. The most lovely was the body shampoo, smell good and it feel good quality. I will stay again if come Kobe next time. Worth and good to stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing easy access to Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Meriken Park. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can explore Meriken Park first. The next day, you can walk from Motomachi to Sannomiya and Ikuta Shrine, which takes only about 20 minutes. The hotel provides pajamas and all toiletries, and there's even a coffee machine in the room. Absolutely excellent!

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Motomachi Station and right next to a shopping street, so food and shopping are a breeze. They offer a unique Nepalese-style breakfast, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's really close to all the main attractions.

The hotel isn't too far from Motomachi Subway Station, just a few minutes' walk. You pass through Nankinmachi on the way to the station. There's a microwave in the lobby, and the room was bigger than I expected. The family room had three beds, making it the largest room I've stayed in in Japan.

Hotel is just off chinatown in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and comfy. No view. Simple hotel with no frills. Near to motomachi station. 5 mins walk to merikan park, harbour etc. great to explore Kobe as a base. Recommended.

The room was incredibly noisy, with wind whistling through the window gaps all night long! There's no microwave in the room, only one in the lobby. The room itself is standard small, but the bathroom is truly tiny.

The room was extremely dark, making it feel a bit eerie, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. However, the tall, Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk was incredibly polite. The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with a FamilyMart convenience store right outside the door.
