Rooms in Japan are generally small, but for a Four Points by Sheraton, this one offers excellent value for money. Although the front desk staff didn't seem to speak Chinese, they made every effort to accommodate my requests.

They have laundry machines, a microwave, and a vending machine on the first floor, along with water dispensers on every floor. It's a bit of a walk from the station. The famous internet-famous church cafe is just a three-minute walk behind it. There's a Matsuya downstairs, perfect for breakfast. I stayed in a double room by myself and had plenty of space to open my suitcase. All the essential amenities were there, and the lighting was adjustable. I thought the service was great; the front desk always greeted me when I came and went.
