Toyoko-inn properties in Kobe

The hotel is within walking distance of JR Kobe Station and has excellent access. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store nearby. It was also nice that they included free breakfast. The switch between the faucet and shower was broken, so the shower wasn't usable.

The bed was so soft, like sleeping on a cloud – I slept like a baby every single night! Plus, the cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust, which made me feel completely at ease. **Exceptional Service** The hotel staff's service attitude was absolutely outstanding – so warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and they even proactively helped with my luggage. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the JR subway station and less than a 5-minute walk from Hanamae Station. It's right across from the City Hall, making it easy to reach the City Hall observation deck for a panoramic view of Kobe. Self-service check-in and check-out were available. I booked different room types for two nights, and the receptionist helped me change them to the same room for consecutive nights, so I didn't have to change rooms or move my luggage – I was so happy! The breakfasts were different each day and very plentiful. There was no queue when I went to eat around 7 am, and they even offered food to take back to my room. Luggage can be stored at the front desk.

The building and rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was free and had a variety of options. It was close to the station and was perfect for a single person.
