The hotel is a famous historical building 🏘️Sansuien Ryokan~ It is the longhouse of the Yamauchi family of the Tosa domain! Now the old building is still intact for tourists to visit! The hotel service is really considerate. The service staff will greet you as soon as you get off the bus. They are also very patient and meticulous when receiving tourists! Informed about the hotel's various service facilities, we stayed in a Japanese-style tatami room, which was hygienic and clean. After dinner, we took a hot spring ♨️ to relieve the fatigue of a day of traveling!

I am very satisfied with the service that exceeds the price. I came on a trip to Kochi at the request of my 82-year-old mother. My mother, who is a plant lover, had said she didn't want to travel, but when she found out there was a Makino Botanical Garden in Kochi, she said she would put up with flying, which she hates, so we looked for a place to stay and decided on this one. I couldn't find this site at a nearby travel agency or on other sites, but by chance Trip.com was open, so I applied. I was in a wheelchair, but all the staff were kind and I was grateful. For dinner, I was very satisfied with the plate dishes, which were all delicious and warm. The room was very clean and my mother was very satisfied. The hot springs for women seemed to be a little hot, but the ones for men were very pleasant. Anyway, the price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. thank you very much.

The back garden of the Japanese garden. Located in a convenient location, you can walk to Hirome Market and Kochi Castle. The former Japanese Emperor Akihito also visited this hotel in his early years, and you can also be a VIP. The room is spacious and also appreciate the large bath it offers.

Overall satisfactory, the food is fresh, even though it is a historical building, the equipment is constantly updated, it is a sincere hotel, not bad! I will recommend my friends to stay here!

這是一間歷史悠久的飯店，氣派的外觀與設施訴說著過往的光榮，難得可以在市區有天然溫泉可泡湯，鄰近高知城，弘人市場，這些都是高知吸引人的場所，感受得到這是一個有文化底蘊的城市與四國其他必訪不同的風情。 希望下次有機會再拜訪，我會選擇三翠園作為下榻處。

分かり易い場所でした～ 到着時の車の案内も的確 素敵な中庭が見え広いツインベットの部屋で 疲れた遍路旅が 癒やされますした

１号館の部屋からは食事の部屋や大浴場がとても遠くいちど外廊下を渡るので寒かった。 でも、大浴場も部屋もとても清潔。 また利用したいと思います。

ロケーションが街に近くて便利だと思った。

The hotel is located in a nice quite neighborhood slightly away from the main road. Within a 10-15 minutes walk is the Hirome Market where you can find lots of eateries. The room we had is of a reasonable size with 2 twin beds and a small table. The bathroom is a little small. We do enjoy the onsen which is a short walk from the room. The buffet breakfast provided is quite good although the served the same food on both days when we were there.

We had a chance to have a special meal at Sansuien during a recent visit to Kochi. The hotel was very nice. It seems to be a popular venue for local weddings. Our tour had an arranged lunch at the hotel and it was magnificent. Many, many courses, very interesting choices, and a beautiful presentation. One of the very best culinary experiences that we had in Japan. If we ever have a chance to stay in the Kochi area, we would definitely give this place a try.
