Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.

Staff Behaviour not impressive and rooms not properly cleaned . Not preferred for families because they treat you very weirdly . Try to avoid for family stays.

The location were okay, but the staff and their procedures were extremely disappointing. They were very rude and made the check-in process unnecessarily difficult, insisting on ID for all 5 members. This was very inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, it was my first and worst experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Needed a place to stay the night while at Kochi for a reception. The location, cleanliness and the price were all on the dot. We had no problems at all. Very close to Tharavad, a feast for the hungry souls.. Two rooms with queen size beds, hot water, AC and a cooler. TV was present but hardly used,

Great place to stay. Rooms : 4/5. Good rooms with all basic amenities what you can expect for a short stay. Good bed, clean linen, clean towels and bathroom. You may not get very hot water; Only lukewarm water because of solar heating system. Location - 4/5. Easy access to Metro, Cab and Auto. Breakfast - We didn't include that in our package. Plenty of options available nearby. Staff : 5/5. Always attentive and supportive. We will surely comeback.
